Gigabyte P25 Serie

Das Gigabyte P25W gehört zu den neuesten portablen Gaming-Laptops am Markt. Es handelt sich um einen 15-Zöller, und damit bietet er weniger Leistung als 17-Zoll Gaming-Laptops. Dafür ist die Portabilität viel größer. Wie bei den meisten Gaming-Geräten zu erwarten, wiegt das P25W 2.8 kg. Es ist in elegantem schwarz oder gelb wie ein Sportwagen erhältlich. Zu den kleinen Details gehört, dass das Design des Kühlsystems an ein elegantes Auspuffrohr angelehnt ist. Der Rest des Gehäuses ist ziemlich minimalistisch. Die Leistung im Inneren ist dank Haswell Intel Core i7 4700MQ Prozessor mit einer Taktrate von 2,4 GHz, die auf bis zu 3,4 GHz erhöht werden kann, gut. Diese Ausstattung ist mit 8 GB RAM kombiniert. Eine Nvidia Geforce GTX 770M mit 3 GB sollte eine sehr gute Grafikleistung bieten. Die meisten Spiele sollte mit hohen Einstellungen laufen, nur die anspruchsvollsten werden niedrigere Einstellungen erfordern.

Schlauerweise, ermöglicht es Gigabyte den Nutzern zwischen diversen SSD und HDD Kombinationen oder ausschließlich eine SSD zu wählen. Die Haswell-Architektur bedeutet eine verbesserte Akkulaufzeit, bei derart stromfressenden Geräten wie diesem ist dies jedoch immer noch eine kurze Zeit. Der Akku des Gigabyte P25W wird ungefähr 2 Stunden und 30 Minuten durchhalten, bevor das Gerät wieder ans Stromnetz angeschlossen werden möchte. Ein Blu-ray-Laufwerk mit Schreibfähigkeiten ist mit dabei und die Tastatur bietet eine einfache, konfigurierbare Hintergrundbeleuchtung. Der 15-Zoll LED-Bildschirm könnte eine Enttäuschung für jene sein, die sich nach einem IPS-Bildschirm umsehen. Insgesamt handelt es sich um eine gute Spiele-Ausrüstung, die in kleinere Budgets passt.

Ein zuverlässiger und starker Laptop ist der Traum von Spiele-Enthusiasten. Die Spezifikation sollte erstklassig sein, um die Wünsche von PC-Gamern zu erfüllen. Das Gigabyte P25W passt perfekt in diese Kategorie. Der Core-i7-Laptop mit moderner Spezifikation und Features soll mit schon lange verfügbaren Gaming-Laptops konkurrieren. Mit seiner gelben Oberseite sieht er einfach großartig aus und ist ein Blickfang. Dieser 15,6-Zoll-Gaming-Laptop unterstützt FullHD-Auflösung von 1920x1080 Pixeln. Der Bildschirm ist für jede Anwendung sei es Gaming, Internet und sogar Videos,  wunderschön. Für gute Klangqualität sorgen im Gigabyte P25W vier 1,5-Watt-Lautsprecher und ein Subwoofer. Lüftergrille an den Seiten und der Unterseite des Notebooks lassen die Abwärme optimal entweichen. Eine Nvidia GeForce GTX 770M mit 3 GB GDDR5 sorgt für solide Grafikleistung. Kombiniert mit einem Intel Core i7 der 4. Generation, läuft dieser Spiele-Laptop wirklich gut und kann die Erwartungen der Fans erfüllen.

Dank einer Akkulaufzeit von sechs Stunden sollte Protabilität kein Problem sein. Die meisten Anwender werden das Gerät jedoch lieber als Desktop-Replacement nutzen. Zudem ist das P25W mit einem Blu-Ray-Laufwerk, drei Laufwerksschächten, und einer beleuchteten Tatatur ausgestattet. In vieler Hinsicht wirkt es wie ein idealer Gaming-Laptop und es handelt sich sicherlich aktuell um einen der vielversprechendsten Gaming-Laptops am Markt.

The Gigabyte P25 measures 39x26x4.5cm, the last figure at the back which narrows to only 1cm at the front, it weights a mighty 2.74kilos. Certainly a unit to be considered as a Desktop replacement, it is large and heavy and for me anyway does not sit comfortably on the lap. It is however very fast and powerful. One feature I have not come across previously a yellow lid.

If you're after a gaming PC but your budget won't stretch to the likes of the MSI GX60, then you could do worse than take a look at the Gigabyte P25. It's certainly had more thought put into the design than the similarly-priced Schenker XMG P503, otherwise there's not really much else out there that can compete.

Diese Klasse ist noch durchaus fähig neueste Spiele flüssig darzustellen, nur nicht mehr mit allen Details und in hohen Auflösungen. Besonders anspruchsvolle Spiele laufen nur in minimalen Detailstufen, wodurch die grafische Qualität oft deutlich leidet. Diese Klasse ist nur noch für Gelegenheitsspieler empfehlenswert. Der Stromverbrauch von modernen Grafikkarten in dieser Klasse ist dafür geringer und erlaubt auch bessere Akkulaufzeiten.
