Modell: Xiaomi ist mit einem weiteren Flagship zurück. Das Mi Mix 2S bietet einen 6 Zoll großen Bildschirm mit einem Seitenverhältnis von 18:9, lässt jedoch den „Notch“ weg und bietet einen fast rahmenlosen Bildschirm. Das Mi Mix 2S ist in verschiedenen Varianten erhältlich: 64 GB / 6 GB , 128 GB / 8 GB und 256 GB / 8 GB werden am Markt koexistieren. Das wichtige an diesem Modell ist, dass das Xiaomi Phone Android 8.0 mit Xiaomis MIUI Benutzerschnittstelle nutzt.

Während des Markteinführungsevents hat Xiaomi das Modell nur mit Apples iPhone X verglichen. Das Mi Mix 2S ist in diesem Bereich schneller, das Mi Mix 2S nimmt bessere Bilder als das iPhone X unter schlechten Lichtbedingungen auf etc. etc. Tests zeigen, dass das wahr ist. Das Mi Mix 2S liegt in den DXoMark Tests nur wenige Punkte hinter dem Samsung Galaxy 9 Plus und erreicht das gleiche Ergebnis wie ein Apple iPhone X.

Bedenkt man, dass es heute im Smartphone-Markt keine wirkliche Innovation gibt, bietet das Mi Mix 2S auch A.I. für Bilder /Bildstabilisierung und Googles ARCore für Augmented Reality.

Das Topmodell, welches mit 256 GB internen Speicher und 8 GB RAM ausgestattet ist, bietet zudem 7.5 W Qi Wireless-Charging.

Wie ich bereits erwähnt habe, sind die meisten Flagschip-Phones heute fast gleich. Das Mi Mix 2S hat einen fast rahmenlosen Bildschirm mit 18:9 Seitenverhältnis und 2.160 x 1.080 Auflösung, Bluetooth 5.0, AC-WLAN, Dual-SIM, eine Dual-Kamera-Lösung an der Rückseite, Bokeh-Effekt etc. etc. Mich interessiert das alles nicht mehr, denn wenn man sich umsieht bieten fast alle Flagships geradezu ähnliche Spezifikation. Mich interessiert Akkulaufzeit und Preis. Das Mi Mix 2S verfügt über einen 3.400 mAh Akku, während das Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus einen 3.500 mAh Akku hat. Natürlich hat das Galaxy S9 Plus eine bessere Auflösung und einen besseren AMOLED-Bildschirm. Das bringt uns zum letzten Punkt, nämlich dem Preis. Das S9 Plus kostet zirka 1.000 Euro, während das Mi Mix 2S zwischen 600-700 Euro kosten soll. Da es sich um ein Import-Modell handeln wird, mag die Preisgestaltung unterschiedlich sein, doch im Endeffekt wird es billiger als Apple und Samsung sein. Die Wahl liegt dann ganz bei Ihnen.

Würde ich es kaufen? Das ist ein Graubereich. Da es sich um ein wichtiges Modell handelt, ist das Service-Netzwerk für mich entscheidend. Was passiert, wenn etwas passiert? Wie werde ich Hilfe erhalten? Versuchen Sie all diese Fragen zu beantworten, bevor Sie eine Entscheidung treffen. Abgesehen davon ist das Mi Mix 2S ein solides Gerät, das mit anderen Flagship-Modellen spielend konkurrieren kann.
