Nokia 6

Ein Nokia-Phone trifft man seit der Smartphone-Ära nicht alle Tage, doch es scheint, dass Nokia mit dem Nokia 6 und wenigen anderen Modellen, die bald folgen werden, ein Comeback versucht. Doch was bietet das Nokia 6? Auf dem Papier verfügt es über einen 5,5-Zoll-Bildschirm mit Full-HD-Auflösung, einen Snapdragon 430 SoC, 3 GB RAM und 32 GB internen Speicher. Es bietet eine 16-MP-Kamera an der Rückseite und eine 8-MP-Frontkamera und schließlich einen 3,000-mAh-Akku. Während die Spezifikation gut aussieht, braucht das Nokia 6 etwas, womit es sich von seinen Android-Konkurrenten abheben kann. Es verfügt über ein Unibody-Gehäuse aus Vollmetall mit angenehmer Haptik. Da es primär aus einem einzigen Aluminium-Block gefertigt wurde, sieht es für ein Budget-Gerät zu gut aus, obwohl es primär auf dieses Marktsegment ausgerichtet ist. Sein 5,5-Zoll-Bildschirm ist etwa gleich scharf wie andere Phones in seinem Preisbereich. Während es nur Full-HD in einem 5,5-Zoll-Gerät ist, macht es nicht viel Sinn ein 1440p- oder sogar ein 4K-Panel in diesem Gerät zu verbauen und zwar nicht wegen seines Zielmarkts, sondern weil dies die Akkulaufzeit verschlechtern würde. Die Bildschirmhelligkeit des Nokia 6 ist zirka durchschnittlich, doch das war zu erwarten, denn schließlich handelt es sich nicht um Nokias Flaggschiff-Modell. In Anbetracht des Preises ist es ziemlich erfreulich, dass Nokia einen Fingerabdruckleser einbauen konnte, was der Sicherheit dienen soll. Wie bei den meisten Smartphones ist der Akku nicht entfernbar. Das ist schade, denn sollte der Akku anfangen, Probleme zu machen, gibt es, anders als in der vergangenen Nokia-Ära, keine Möglichkeit diesen zu ersetzen. Der 3,000-mAh-Akku hält zirka einen Tag durchschnittlicher Verwendung mit WLAN durch. Damit ist das Nokia etwa gleichauf mit seinem engsten Konkurrenten, dem Moto G5. Fast Charging wird nicht unterstützt. Daher müssen sich User mit relativ langsamen Ladezeiten zufrieden geben. Großteils ist dieses budget-orientierte Phone alles andere als ein Billig-Gerät, denn Nokia integrierte eine ziemlich solide 16 MP Kamera mit Dual-Tone-LED-Blitz an der Rückseite. Das ist üblicherweise Mittelklasse bis High-End-Smartphones vorbehalten. Die Frontkamera ist großartig, doch man sollte sich auch die Software ansehen, denn wofür taugt eine Kamera, wenn die unterstützende Software langsam, oder schlimmer noch, mit Merkmalen aufgebläht ist. Man kann definitiv sagen, dass das Nokia 6 für seine Kamera ein ziemlich einfaches Interface hat und der einzige Nachteil ist, dass bestimmte Einstellung wie ISO oder Verschlusszeit fehlen. Bezüglich Software ist es erfreulich, dass Nokia nicht viel Bloatware hinzugefügt hat. Android-Puristen werden also glücklich sein. Insgesamt bietet das Nokia 6 mehr Vorteile als Nachteile Obwohl es sich um ein sogenanntes Budget-Gerät handelt, könnte es seine Konkurrenten in puncto Einfachheit übertreffen – etwas, was den meisten Android-Herstellern heutzutage fehlt. Nokia 6 2018

Das Nokia 6 2018, auch als Nokia 6.1 bekannt, ist ein solides Mittelklasse-Phone. Mit einem Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 Prozessor und 3 GB RAM ist es vollwertig ausgestattet. Daher braucht der User weniger Zeit um darauf zu warten, dass Apps geladen werden und gewinnt so Zeit, die er mit Freunden genießen kann. Nokia hat das Design einfach, bequem und benutzerfreundlich gehalten. Doch in der Einfachheit liegt Schönheit und das Design ohne Unwesentlichem verleiht dem Gerät eine stylische Note, die man bei keinem anderen Smartphone antrifft. Kleine Details wie Farbakzente am Rahmen und rund um die Kamera bereichern das Design des Smartphones. Das Gehäuse aus eloxiertem Aluminium ist zurück. Es ist an der Rückseite fast vollkommen eben und entlang der Kanten vollkommen flach. Die winzigen Abschrägungen sind beim schwarzen Modell kupferfarben, eisenfarben bei der weißen und gold bei der blauen Variante. Das Nokia 6 (2018) misst 148,8 x 75,8 x 8,2 mm. Es wiegt 172 g, also gerade einmal 3 g mehr als das Nokia 6. Die gesamte Vorderseite des Nokia 6 2018 ist von einem großen Stück Gorilla Glass 3 bedeckt – wie üblich in 2.5D-Form. Die dritte Ausgabe ist etwas älter, doch üblicherweise wird diese bevorzugt. Dies liegt daran, dass Gorilla Glass 3 kratzfester jedoch bei Stürzen anfälliger auf Bruch ist als Gorilla Glass 5. Das Nokia 6 2018 läuft unter Android One. Damit erhält das neue Nokia 6 eine von Google gestaltete Software. Die moderne, einfach zu nutzenden Benutzeroberfläche und ausgewählten vorinstallierten Apps erfüllen alle User-Wünsche. Darüberhinaus erhält der User mit Google Photos freien, unlimitierten, qualitativ hochwertigen Speicher für Fotos. Außerdem gibt es normale Security-Updates und zwei Jahre Betriebssystem-Upgrades, sodass das neue Nokia 6 mit Android One sicher bleibt. Es erhält immer die neuesten Innovationen von Google wie die Optimierung für den Google Assistant. Das Nokia 6 2018 wird durch einen 2,2 GHz Octa-Core-Prozessor angetrieben und ist mit 3 GB RAM ausgestattet. Das Phone bietet 32 GB internen Speicher. Die Speicherkapazität kann via MicroSD-Karte um bis zu 128 GB erweitert werden. In puncto Kameras liefert das Nokia 6 2018 eine primäre Kamera mit 16 MP an der Rückseite und eine 8-MP-Frontkamera für Selfies. Das Nokia 6 2018 wird durch einen 3.000-mAh-Akku mt Strom versorgt. Fast Charging wird unterstützt und der mitgelieferte Adapter füllt den leeren Akku in einer halben Stunde auf 38 %. Damit lädt das Nokia zwar nicht am schnellsten, doch gegenüber dem Nokia 6 ist das eine Verbesserung. Zur Kommunikationsausstattung gehören Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, NFC, USB OTG, FM, 3G und 4G mit Unterstützung von Band 40, welches von einigen Netzen in Indien verwendet wird. Ich würde das Nokia 6 2018 als das Basis Smartphone bezeichnen. Ganz grob gesagt niemand macht einen Fehler damit dieses im Jahr 2018 zu kaufen. Das Nokia 6 2018 kann zum einen mit einer guten Leistung überzeugen. Dies liegt natürlich primär am recht starken Snapdragon 630, wie aber auch am schlanken Android One.

Nokia kann unter HMD Global mal wieder so richtig abliefern. Ein paar Dinge sollte man aber vor dem Kauf im Hinterkopf haben. Dazu gehören die fehlende Benachrichtigungs-LED, die nur bedingt durch das Inaktivitätsdisplay aufgefangen wird. Die Farbwiedergabe des Display ist nicht jedermanns Sache und kann nicht individualisiert werden.

The Nokia 6.1 Plus is a damn fine smartphone. The design & alone makes it a winner and it is hard to imagine this as a device priced at Rs. 15,999 . The stock build of Android and Nokia’s proven commitment to fast upgrades too help make a case for the phone. The specs aren’t anything special, but they’re sufficient to keep pace with the competition. A larger battery and slightly better camera is all that the phone needs to really become the hands down recommendation in its class of hardware.

Kommentar

Nokia: Nokia ist ein finnisches Unternehmen, das 1865 gegründet wurde und seinen Hauptsitz in Finnland, hat. Das Unternehmen ist bekannt für seine Telekommunikationsausrüstung und Mobiltelefone. Nokia war in den 1990er Jahren einer der führenden Hersteller von Mobiltelefonen und hat in den letzten Jahren seine Geschäftstätigkeit auf Netzwerk- und Technologielösungen ausgeweitet. 

2011 ging Nokia mit Microsoft eine Partnerschaft über Windows-basierte Mobiltelefone ein und verkaufte die gesamte Mobiltelefonsparte 2014 an Microsoft, welche den Markennamen Nokia auf einfache Mobiltelefone beschränkte. 2016 schloss der finnische Elektronikhersteller HMD Global einen Lizenzvertrag mit Nokia, kaufte Microsoft Mobile die verbliebenen Nokia-Namensrechte ab und bietet seit 2017 weltweit exklusiv Nokia-Mobiltelefone an, die unter anderem auf Android basieren und von Foxconn produziert werden.

Diese Karten können nur sehr alte und sehr anspruchslose 3D Spiele flüssig darstellen.  Anwendungen wie Office, Internet surfen, Bildbearbeitung oder (SD) Videoschnitt sind jedoch ohne große Einschränkungen möglich.

Qualcomm Snapdragon:

430: Unterer Mittelklasse Octa-Core ARM Cortex-A53 SoC mit bis zu 1.4 GHz Taktfrequenz der eine Adreno 505 GPU, einen DDR3L-1600 Speicherkontroller und ein X6 LTE (Cat.4) Modem integriert.

SD 630: Mittelklasse Octa-Core ARM Cortex-A53 SoC mit bis zu 2.2 GHz Taktfrequenz welcher bereits in 14 nm gefertigt wird und eine Adreon 508 GPU, einen DDR4 Speicherkontroller und ein X12 LTE (Cat 13/12) Modem integriert.

SD 636: Mittelklasse SoC mit 8 Kryo 260 Kernen (bis 1,8 GHz) und einem X12 LTE Modem (bis zu 600 Mbps Download). Im Vergleich zum Snapdragon 660 sind die CPU Kerne deutlich niedriger getaktet (1,8 versus 2,2 GHz).
