Der Intel Core i5-13400F ist ein top moderner und sehr schneller Desktop Prozessor auf Basis der neuen Raptor-Lake-Serie und wurde am 04.01.2023 vorgestellt. Der Prozessor bietet einen Basistakt von 2,5 GHz und erreicht bis zu 4,6 GHz im Turbo. Wie schon seit der Alder-Lake-Serie bekannt, basieren Intels aktuelle Prozessoren auf ein hybrides Design, welches P- und E-Kerne vereint. Der Intel Core i5-13400F vereint 6 P-Cores und 4 E-Cores, welche in Summe bis zu 16 Threads parallel verarbeiten können. Gefertigt wird der Prozessor weiterhin 10-nm-Fertigungsprozess. Einen frei wählbaren Multiplikator gibt es bei dem Intel Core i5-13400F nicht. Zudem verrät uns der Zusatz F, dass keine iGPU vorhanden ist. Als Basis dient der mit der Alder-Lake-Serie eingeführte LGA 1700 Sockel. Der 13400F kann entweder auf einem Raptor Lake oder Alder Lake Chip basieren. Anfangs werden Alder Lake Chips ausgeliefert.

Performance

Im Vergleich zum Intel Core i5-12400F konnte die IPC beim neuen Core i5-13400F etwas gesteigert werden. Gleichwohl gibt es nunmehr auch 4 E-Cores, welche dem Prozessor in puncto Multi-Thread-Performance unter die Arme greift. Somit rangiert der Intel Core i5-13400F auf dem Level eines Intel Core i5-12600K, welcher ebenfalls in Summe 16 Threads bietet.

Grafikeinheit

Alle aktuellen Intel-Prozessoren, welche das F als Namenszusatz haben, werden ohne iGPU ausgeliefert.

Leistungsaufnahme

Die TDP des Intel Core i5-13400F beläuft sich auf 65 Watt im PL1. Die PL2-Grenze definiert Intel bei 148 Watt.

Der Rockchip RK3066 ist ein günstiger SoC für Tablets und Smartphones. Er bietet zwei ARM Cortex-A9 CPU Kerne mit NEON Erweiterungen, eine ARM Mali 400MP4 (Quad-Core mit 250 MHz getaktet) Grafikkarte und einen Video De- und Encoder. Der integrierte Speicherkontroller unterstützt maximal 2 GB DDR1-3.
