During my testing, there were no finger marks or any other annoyances on its surface. I also liked the good performance for everyday use. Yes, the device is capable of running even complex games like Genshin Impact, but it’s better to play simpler games like PUBG Mobile. As for the camera, the main 50 megapixel module showed itself from a good side. I also liked the battery life. That is, the device can easily work for two days with active use. Of the minuses, I can single out this lack of an ultra wide camera module. I also didn’t like the time it takes to fully charge the battery, and the 720p screen resolution may cause some discomfort for some people. Although during my test, even the HD resolution was not very different from the Full HD resolution.

Das Narzo 50A ist das neueste Mitglied der preisgünstigen Narzo-Smartphone-Reihe von Realme. Es ist der Nachfolger des Narzo 30A, das im Februar dieses Jahres auf den Markt kam. Was das Design und die Verarbeitung betrifft, so bietet dieses Telefon ein Design, das sowohl vertraut als auch einzigartig ist. Es verfügt jedoch über eine Wasserfallkerbe, etwas dicke Ränder und ein auffälliges, breites Kinn auf der Vorderseite, alles Dinge, die normalerweise bei Smartphones dieser Art zu sehen sind. Die Rückseite des Narzo 50A besteht aus mattem Polycarbonat mit einem diagonalen Streifendesign unterhalb des Kamerabuckels. Oben links befindet sich ein großes rechteckiges Kameramodul. Interessanterweise wurde der Fingerabdruckscanner auf der Rückseite mit dem Kameramodul verschmolzen, was dessen Gesamtgröße erhöht. Auf der anderen Seite befinden sich die Einschalttaste und die Lautstärkewippe auf der rechten Seite des Geräts. Es ist jedoch erwähnenswert, dass die Einschalttaste bequem mit beiden Händen zu erreichen ist, während die Lautstärkewippe etwas fummelig ist. Auch wenn das Gerät insgesamt recht robust und stabil ist, fühlt sich die Lautstärkewippe etwas schwach an. Auch wenn das Smartphone auf den einen oder anderen solide wirken mag, ist das Gerät definitiv sperrig und liegt nicht immer sehr gut in der Hand.
Das Narzo 50A verfügt über ein 6,5-Zoll-Display mit einer tropfenförmigen Aussparung, in der die Selfie-Kamera untergebracht ist. Die Bildwiederholrate beträgt die üblichen 60 Hz, was sich beim Spielen bemerkbar machen könnte. Die Gesamthelligkeit scheint durchschnittlich zu sein und der Umgebungslichtsensor ist inkonsistent. Das scheint ein Nachteil für das Gerät zu sein. Trotzdem ist das Display hell genug, um es auch im Freien zu benutzen. Was die Leistung betrifft, so ist dieses Smartphone mit einem MediaTek Helio G85 SoC ausgestattet, der auf der Realme UI 2.0 läuft, die auf Android 11 basiert. Es wurde mit 4 GB RAM und bis zu 128 GB internem Speicher gepaart, der mit einer microSD-Karte auf 256 GB erweitert werden kann. Der Prozessor unterstützt alltägliche Aktivitäten und Spiele ohne Verzögerung. Allerdings könnte die Spieleleistung beeinträchtigt sein. Was die Kamera anbelangt, so verfügt das Telefon über einen 50MP Primärsensor, der von einem 2MP Tiefensensor und einem 2MP Makrosensor begleitet wird, gefolgt von einer 8MP Selfie-Kamera. Die Bildqualität, die von der Hauptkamera aufgenommen wird, ist recht gut. Das Objektiv bietet definitiv feine Details mit einem großen Dynamikbereich, wenn es bei Tageslichtaufnahmen verwendet wird. Auch die Farben wirken recht natürlich. Was den Akku angeht, so verfügt dieses Realme-Modell über einen 6.000-Mah-Akku, der beim Spielen, Streamen oder sogar beim Surfen in sozialen Medien rund 10 Stunden Bildschirmzeit bietet. Kurz gesagt, es ist ein großartiges Gerät, das je nach Bedarf und Vorliebe des Nutzers erkundet werden kann.
