However, you will need to deal with the boring industrial design, the average ultrawide-angle sensor, and the lack of wireless charging. Most of these are minor cons that can be easily overlooked. The Realme GT 6 is one of the few phones that I enjoyed using during my review. It is a balanced flagship killer that offers the perfect blend of all elements. Other phones that you can consider in this price range include the Xiaomi 14 Civi, OnePlus 12R, iQOO Neo 9 Pro 5G and the OnePlus 11, which offer similar features and performance.

Before we answer that, we’d like to define what a flagship killer is, because this term has been used way too often and too loosely. For us, it means that the device “performs at par or very close to the levels of a true flagship despite not packing the greatest configuration and packaged at a more affordable price-point that’s below your average flagship device. In that sense, yes, the realme GT 6 has got what it takes to challenge any of the current flagship smartphones in the market today. The specs are not over-kill or over-done yet it manages to perform at a level that can be considered a true flagship.

A few shortcomings with the ultrawide camera and the added heft aside, the Realme GT 6 is a strong mid-range offering with a wide appeal.
