Der AMD Ryzen 7 7730U ist ein Mobilprozessor für kleine und leichte Notebooks basierend auf die Cezanne Serie. Er ist Teil des zweiten Barcelo-Refresh Anfang 2023. Der SoC beinhaltet acht Zen 3 Kerne (Octa-Core CPU) welche von 2 bis zu 4,5 GHz getaktet werden (Turbo) und SMT / Hyperthreading (16 Threads) unterstützen. Der Chip wird in 7nm bei TSMC gefertigt. Die CPU ist identisch zum älteren Ryzen 7 5825U aus 2022.
Die Leistung ist identisch zum älteren Ryzen 7 5825U und damit hinter dem Ryzen 7 6800U mit bis zu 4,7 GHz und deutlich schnellerer iGPU.
Der SoC integriert neben den acht Prozessorkernen noch eine Radeon RX Vega 8 Grafikkarte mit 8 CUs und bis zu 2000 MHz Takt (bzw. 1900 MHz im Geekbench Leak), einen Dual-Channel DDR4 Speicherkontroller (DDR4-3200, LPDDR4-4266) und 16 MB Level 3 Cache.
Der TDP ist mit 15 Watt spezifiziert, wodurch sich die APU auch für leichte Notebooks eignet.

Der Intel Processor N95 (fälschlich auch Celeron N95) ist eine Notebook-CPU der Einstiegsklasse der Alder Lake-N Serie. Er wurde im Januar 2023 vorgestellt und bietet 4 der 8 Effizienzkerne (E-Kerne, Gracemont Architektur) mit bis zu 3,4 GHz. Die E-Kerne unterstützen kein HyperThreading und sollen eine vergleichbare Performance wie alte Skylake Kerne bieten (z.B. i7-6300HQ ). Ähnlich zum Processor N100 , jedoch mit höherem TDP und dadurch bei längerer Last wahrscheinlich leicht schneller.
Performance
Die Performance des N95 ist durch die Halbierung der Kerne deutlich schwächer als beim i3-N305 und etwas unterhalb des N200 (durch die geringere Taktraten). Die Einzelkernperformance ist aber aufgrund der fehlenden P-Kerne in Alder Lake-N eingeschränkt.
Grafikeinheit
Alder Lake-N integriert eine Xe basierende Grafikeinheit mit bis zu 32 EUs (Execution Units). Davon sind im N95 nur 16 aktiviert und takten mit 1200 MHz relativ gering. Durch die geringe Kernanzahl, Taktung und die Einschränkung auf Single-Channel-RAM, ist die Spieleleistung aber deutlich eingeschränkt.
Features
Der kleine Alder-Lake-N-Chip integriert teilweise Wi-Fi 6E und Bluetooth 5.2 (im PCH). Der integrierte Speicherkontroller unterstützt Single-Channel DDR4-3200, DDR5-4800 und LPDDR5-4800. Er wurde im Januar 2023 vorgestellt und bietet 4 der 8 Effizienzkerne (E-Kerne, Gracemont Architektur) mit 1 GHz bis zu 3,7 GHz (3,2 GHz Multi-Core-Turbo). Die E-Kerne unterstützen kein HyperThreading und sollen eine vergleichbare Performance wie alte Skylake Kerne bieten (z.B. i7-6300HQ ). Der i3 bietet keinerlei vPro Management Features.
Performance
