What can I say in conclusion? OPPO Reno7 is a device that can attract with its design, the orange version of the leather back looks interesting, and the microscope toy will catch your eye for a while. However, it won’t be a smartphone that you’ll become attached to and enjoy every day. Frequent stuttering of the interface and a mediocre AMOLED matrix make the phone more of a cool accessory for show than a device for work and leisure that accompanies us in everyday life. Even if you catch OPPO Reno7 on a good deal, the agony of use is not worth the money you save, and the cool design will not be able to make you forget or forgive the manufacturer for all the shortcomings of this smartphone.

After returning the Reno7 5G review unit, I switched back to the Reno5 5G, suspecting it would be a bit of a hard slog to return to the older model. Apart from the decrease in battery life, it was less hassle than I thought, which tells me that an upgrade to the Reno7 5G is not quite warranted. However, if you are in the market for a beautifully designed phone with a great UI, decent camera and solid performance, the Reno7 5G remains a top choice. However, there is strong competition out there, including the Samsung Galaxy A53 5G which retails for R8k. At about half the price of the Reno7 for very similar specs, the A53 becomes difficult to ignore.

The Reno7 5G a.k.a. Find X5 Lite is an excellent smartphone with a well-rounded feature set and reasonable pricing. Sure, there are better phones out there at the same price, but there are weaker, too. The Reno7 5G/Find X5 Lite offers an excellent 90Hz AMOLED screen, bright and responsive. The Dimensity 900 5G chipset is more than adequate for smooth gaming on the go, and coupled with the large battery, it delivers great battery life. We can also praise the cooling and the overall stability of the device. The camera is another aspect that gave us only positive experiences. The photo and video quality across all cameras are very good, and the hardware is consistently reliable. We liked the design, too, even if it's mostly plastic. The LDI process on the blue version is cool and makes for a unique effect and feel on touch. And while flashy, it is still pleasant to look at and can easily match any style - official or casual. Not all is perfect with the Reno7 5G - there are no stereo speakers, no obvious updates over the Reno6 5G, and no ingress protection whatsoever.

There ain't no sophomore slump when it comes to the Oppo Reno7 5G as this premium mid-range delivers on all the same fronts that its predecessor did. If you want flagship-level performance without the same price tag, this phone is well worth considering.

The Oppo Reno 7 5G has decent build quality and specs, if we talk about aesthetics then it is a great smartphone with an elegant taste. The MediaTek Dimensity 900 plus the MaliG68-MC4 makes it a more competitive phone in the market today, as it could run most of the high-end games in the Google Playstore. Let’s talk about the camera and its key features, it is Oppo’s ace in their sleeve and it is a good buy if you’re planning to get one. Oppo made a smart move on pairing the Reno 7 5G with a 65W fast charge which is the SUPERVOOC. The Oppo Reno 7 5G retails at 26,999 pesos, and if we talk about the design, AI photography, and the 65W SUPERVOOC charger then it is a great buy. Since Oppo Reno 4 5G, they have always put in a 65W SUPERVOOC in the deal and it is great especially when affordable phones can’t quite have a big mAh of battery capacity. So Oppo tends to put fast charging bricks that come with the device. Plus, AI Photography just gets better and better every time they announce new series for the year.

Overall, the OPPO Reno7 5G is a solid contender in the mid-range space, but is it any better than most of its competitors? It sure is, since the OPPO Reno7 packs a nice display, decent cameras, and one of the highlights is the 65W fast charging capability, with all of that, still we have to consider the price. At the price of PHP 26,999, OPPO should really place this well-below PHP 20K to be really competitive.

Oppo’s Reno series phones have been tapping all the right points over the last couple of years. With the company Oppo’s latest flagship phone, the Oppo Reno7 Pro 5G, it appears that this will be the case again this year. This smartphone features a sleek and colour-changing design, a 32MP selfie camera, and more. It is backed by the 5G-ready MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chipset. The phone is stylish, feels premium, and performs well. Add in some amazing charging speed, and we have what seems to be, at least on paper, a very solid offering by the brand. But the question is…is it worth your money? We’ll try to answer this and other questions in this detailed review of the Oppo Reno7 Pro 5G.

It's been less than a year since the Oppo Reno 6 was launched, so considering that, I can understand why Oppo hasn't given the Reno 7 a major makeover. However, unless the company plans to replace this phone with a Reno 8 within this year, the Reno 7 might have a tough time finding its footing in the market. The Reno 6 was overshadowed by phones such as the OnePlus Nord 2 (Review) and Poco F3 GT (Review) and now, the Reno 7 has to compete with them too, in addition to newer models such as the Motorola Edge 20 (Review), Realme GT Master Edition (Review) and Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge (Review) — all of which offer better features and performance at the same or lower starting prices. The Oppo Reno 7 could be a dependable daily driver, just like the Reno 6 was. Overall system and gaming performance is good, battery life is solid, and the phone is light and easy to live with. The cameras are not too bad when it comes to stills. Plus, the ability to expand the internal storage is a nice addition to this model.

If you are someone looking for a phone under Rs 30,000, the Reno 7 is the newest kid on the block and should definitely be on your radar. The same goes for people looking for a good and value for money mobile-photography experience. However, when it comes to sustained gaming performance, the Reno 7 won’t be able to live up to your expectations.

The Oppo Reno 7 is not quite the upgrade I was hoping for, which makes me wonder how it will be able to hold its own in this very competitive segment. Rs. 28,999 is a better price than what the outgoing Reno 6 still sells for, but with barely any changes in hardware, this new model still trails competitors such as the Realme GT Master Edition (Review), OnePlus Nord 2 (Review) and Poco F3 GT (Review) in some key areas. Features such as stereo speakers are still missing, and it's disappointing that the SoC and cameras haven't changed since the previous model. Oppo is really banking on design and AI camera features to set itself apart from the competition, but will that be enough? We should have a definite answer for you in the full review, so stay tuned to Gadgets 360.

The Oppo Reno 7 5G is all set to give the premium phones a tough competition with its camera quality, battery life and charging, design, and much more. Though it lacks certain factors like the audio quality, refresh rate and much more, the phone compensates for it by offering additional features to attract the users. However, as the competition is tough and if you are looking for some other alternatives in this price range, you have options like Vivo V23 5G, Samsung Galaxy M52 5G, Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G, among others to choose from.

Oppo Reno series has been loved by many in India because of Oppo’s design language and the fact that it performs impressively and competes with the likes of big players, such as Samsung. A new year has brought a new Oppo Reno series smartphone to India and it is none other than the Reno 7. Let’s review the Oppo Reno 7 and find out if it retains its impressive value at Rs 28,999 and justifies itself as a true successor to the Reno 6. Speaking of design first, Oppo has been nailing it in this department with unique designs and the Reno 7 isn’t an exception. While the Reno 6 came with flat sides with a flat rear panel, Oppo switched back to a curved panel with curved sides on the Reno 7. Moreover, the Oppo Reno 7 has a patterned rear panel with slanting lines running across the whole panel. At Rs xx,xxx, the Oppo Reno 7 does get some things right such as the gorgeous design and the snappy performance along with a long lasting battery. But what should have been its USP, its cameras, become its major weakness.

The OPPO Reno7 5G is competing in a space that has seen some excellent innovation in terms of performance to cost ratio. The Dimensity 900, while being a decent chipset in a mid-range smartphone, doesn’t make the cut at Rs 28,999. For power users with a focus on mobile gaming, there are several other options from iQOO, OnePlus, and Xiaomi in this price range that might serve their needs better. That said, OPPO has packed in a lot of camera-specific modes in the Reno7 5G that are bound to help those who are involved in social media content creation and vlogging in general. With its elegant design, the device is sure to make a few heads turn too.

The main selling point of the Oppo Reno 7 is its remarkable performance aspect over camera quality. Whether it’s long gaming sessions or multitasking, the hardware won’t disappoint at all. However, it lacks some factors such as poor audio quality, support for HDR 10 content, and much more. But it still comes out with a full deal with general specs and other additional features. If you’re looking for some better alternative in the performance range, the Realme GT Master is a fabulous choice to check out in the meantime. If we have to recommend the Oppo Reno 7, it would only be for its overall value and extensive hardware features. Although the phone is currently unique to China, it would be a great deal if it cost less than $400 outside of China.

The Oppo Reno series never disappointed the users, the recent release Oppo Reno7 smartphone also follows the same lead as the Reno lineup phone, while the expected price of this phone is around $400 (Rs 29,999 in India) approx. As for the primary specs, the phone featured a 6.43-inches AMOLED panel that grants punchy colors and offers a 90Hz smooth refresh rate display. Although there’s won’t be specific big growth with that refresh rate, it’s good. Following that brightness is good too. In terms of the software experience, the Android 11 based ColorOS 12 is integrated into the internal firmware. On the other hand, you will receive the Snapdragon 778G 5G chipset that renders excellent processing power, and the graphic unit is also great for gaming. Not only that, the camera setup is superb too, as you can record up to 4K video with gyro-EIS, and the camera app permits you to use slow-motion and timelapse videos as well. Apart from this, the camera includes a 64MP primary, 8MP ultrawide, 2MP macro, and a 32MP selfie port.
