Wer braucht es also?

I've been using the OnePlus 10T for about 2 weeks and it's made me question whether it was worth spending $400 more for my iPhone 13 Pro Max. There were clearly a few compromises made with the OnePlus 10T as OnePlus focused primarily on performance upgrades and not upgrades across the board on a T series device. For the $649 price, $749 for this particular review unit, OnePlus offers a lot to like when looking at Android flagship devices, and it's the first generally available Android smartphone we have seen with the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 processor. If you don't care about the Alert Slider or Hasselblad camera enhancements, the OnePlus 10T may be the device for you.

The OnePlus 10T undoubtedly brings the essence of the upper-midrange phone that brings a top-notch chipset with industry-leading charging support. Apart from this, everything seems pretty much average, whether you look at the camera performance or mediocre battery life. But still, the display aspect of this phone is pretty solid and appealing to the users. Although, it won’t consider the proper flagship smartphone display. Overall, the phone is worth recommending if you are looking for a decent package of hardware. But at the same time, there are flaws such as there’s no IP rating support, doesn’t have proper zooming ability, lacking wireless charging, and so on. But still, there is a handful of options that you can consider looking at. If you are looking for an alternative smartphone then you can opt for the Realme GT2 Explorer Master which comes with a decently better camera and battery backup in the almost same price range. The final decision of purchasing the OnePlus 10T depends on your budget and your requirements.

In our DXOMARK Audio tests, the OnePlus 10T 5G proved to be a good device for audio recording, mainly thanks to the excellent intelligibility of vocal content, even when recording in strong winds. Overall, recording quality could have been more consistent, though, with a noticeably better main camera performance than for the front camera or memo apps. In playback, the phone delivered a decent dynamics performance, and sound was pretty much free of artifacts. However, a lack of low- and high-end extension resulted in a dull sonority. Overall, better options for audio playback are available in the 10T 5G’s price bracket.

The OnePlus 10T gets a lot of things right. It’s a fast-charging, long-lasting, super-responsive phone with a vibrant, smooth display. It looks great and it doesn’t cost the earth, either. It does have its flaws, however. The cameras aren’t as good as they are on the Google Pixel 6 (£450), despite the fact that the 10T costs more, but there’s also no telephoto camera when the Samsung Galaxy S22 (£600) comes with one for about the same price. Not to mention that it doesn’t have an IP rating. Ultimately, even taking into account such weaknesses, the OnePlus 10T is still a mighty fine mid-range smartphone. If you’re the type of person who often finds their phone has run down to an unusably low level of charge and you need a bit of a blast before leaving for work or returning home, then this is the ideal handset.

With the 10T, OnePlus set out to appeal to gamers and performance enthusiasts at a $US650 ($1024) price point that is a bit more affordable than its flagship 10 Pro. While the 10T’s superior internal cooling solution delivers top-tier sustained performance on even the most demanding mobile games and apps, the potential is wasted with an fps cap that limits games to 60Hz. As such, anyone looking for a smartphone with gaming chops will be better off with a dedicated gaming phone. The 10T is also tough to recommend to anyone looking for a premium mid-ranger thanks to its average camera system, lack of IP68 rating, no wireless charging and underwhelming battery life. While you won’t get the bleeding edge performance and blisteringly fast charging speeds, Google’s $999 Pixel 7 offers a better-rounded experience.

While the 10T may not technically be a flagship phone, there are many things about it that will make you forget that. Its large, flat display is gorgeous, the fast charging is amazing, its processor is top-of-the-line, the camera is more than capable, and the 10T shares the 10 Pro’s design language. The OnePlus 10T 5G is the smartphone that you need for everything, you get a massive performance with its powerful Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 CPU, you get superfast 150W charging that takes about 10 minutes to give you a full day’s battery, it has a brilliant 10-bit Fluid AMOLED display and a solid premium design. In addition, the cameras are worthy, the 50 MP OIS camera takes remarkable shots, plus OxygenOS perks and customizations, stereo speakers, RAM extension, and fast gaming performance makes the smartphone overall an excellent performer in its class. The OnePlus 10T 5G has certainly everything a flagship smartphone should have, the price starts at ₹49,999 which you can grab with some ongoing discounts.

The OnePlus 10T is definitely a flagship smartphone but a very toned-down version of the OnePlus 10 Pro 5G if you compare it. It has a lower screen resolution, refresh rate, camera resolution, and battery capacity. It would have been nice if OnePlus let the 10T 5G keep the dust and water resistance, but it didn’t. But all of that is necessary to keep the price down. At PHP 35,990 for the 8GB + 256GB model (the 16GB+ 256GB model is coming soon), that’s PHP 15K cheaper than the OnePlus 10 Pro 5G 12GB + 256GB that is priced at PHP 50,990. It’s also a lot more affordable than other flagship devices on the market. A lot of people would consider that a good compromise. On the bright side, the 10T 5G comes with a much faster processor and bigger RAM, so not everything is “toned-down.” It’s simply a powerful flagship for those on a budget.

OnePlus is not a plucky little startup anymore and can't survive selling just one phone model per year. Unfortunately, that means the brand doesn't exactly stand for what it used to, which was delivering enthusiast-class hardware and software at rock-bottom prices. The OnePlus 10T 5G is a good choice for certain niche buyers – those who want bragging rights, those who are crazy about gaming, and those who suffer from severe battery-level anxiety. It will also be a solid upgrade from an older OnePlus phone if you want to stay within the family. The company has promised three years of major Android updates and an additional year of security updates which is a decent duration. There's more than enough performance to keep this phone relevant for at least that long, and if you buy the 12GB or 16GB RAM versions you shouldn't have any trouble at all even with heavy upcoming games. If you don't need the SoC power though, you could easily look elsewhere. Plenty of phones priced under Rs. 50,000 in India offer better cameras, an IP rating, and/or wireless charging.

Despite all the flaws (and there are a few), I really did enjoy my time with the 10T. It’s hard not to be swayed by the sheer firepower in my hands, and I also relished coming back to an Android phone after all these years. Am I glad I’m returning to my iPhone? Is this phone still a letdown for diehard OnePlus fans? Would I recommend using a more protective case with this device? Yes, yes and most definitely yes. But that doesn’t stop the OnePlus 10T from being a bargain.

The OnePlus 10T brings an old-school OnePlus feel, targeting enthusiasts on a budget while cribbing from the OnePlus 10 Pro's design. The OnePlus 10T starts at RM3,199, which is pretty decent for a flagship phone nowadays. If you want a phone with super fast charging, adequate battery life, great for multitasking, and close to stock android with decent cameras, you can consider getting this smartphone. Before ending this review, I do want to talk about the decision made by OnePlus to remove its iconic alert slider and what I think about it. As a long-time user of OnePlus, it does sadden me that the company has decided to remove their signature alert slider that has been part of them since the OnePlus 2. This makes the phone lose its identity and comes off as a generic phone like many others in the market. Despite removing the alert slider, I do not really see this as a flaw as the company did explain that the removal had to be done due to the required space for larger batteries and more antennas. Honestly, I do not use the alert slider as much as I thought I would. A great analogy for this situation is when you’re having the flu, you sort of underestimated the times when you could breathe with ease but after when you’ve recovered, the thought would not even cross your mind until maybe when you have the flu again.

To wrap up how I feel about the OnePlus 10T, it’s a boring phone that doesn’t have any particular feature that I would get excited about telling people — except for the SUPERVOOC charging which honestly doesn’t make that big of a difference to the overall experience. I mean, not unless you’re someone who regularly forgets to charge their device. However, it is still an amazingly well-rounded device that hits almost every basic checkbox. At RM3199, it is just a bit overpriced for a flagship with such disappointing ultra-wide and macro cameras, but if you can find a deal for under RM3,000 and you really want a powerful phone, the 10T might just be a great package for you.

The OnePlus 10T is a worthy mid-range Android phone. Its good-looking screen, powerful chipset and fast charging make it a tempting buy for certain users. It’s not perfect – corners have clearly been cut in the camera, battery life and design departments to keep the price lower than it needs to be – but some users will find the lower price and different features make this a solid buy over the premium 10 Pro.

This is the OnePlus 10T, and if you're confused by the purpose of this phone, you're not alone. See, this is not the successor of the OnePlus 10 Pro that I praised earlier this year. Instead it's meant to be a follow-up to the OnePlus 10 we never really got to see. It's technically better in certain ways than the 10 Pro, as is every T launch in the fall, but in general, the Pro is still the Pro. As such, this is the phone OnePlus makes for its core audience. The flagship killer that's meant to give you more for your money by skimping on a couple of things to keep the price down. In the past, this would be the no-brainer phone to recommend given the amount of value OnePlus would provide, but let's just say that this year, it's not so simple. Not for the amount of money the company is asking for. I'm Jaime Rivera with Pocketnow and let's dive in to our full review.

The sales pitch for the OnePlus 10T is pretty straight-forward in my opinion. This is a phone for those who want a lot of power, who use their phone heavily throughout a day, and who would then need insanely fast charging to give them more time to use it without needing to be plugged in for long. This seems almost like a gaming phone when you describe it that way, and it might be that. You can spec it out with 256GB storage and 16GB RAM like a gaming phone, the display is big and at 120Hz, and yeah, the charging is ridiculous (in a good way). This has all of the markings of a phone you could play the most robust games on, even if OnePlus won’t specifically say that’s why they made it. This phone isn’t for those who want a top tier camera, wireless charging, or the most premium build or feel. Since you aren’t paying the price that those extra specs would command, well, that’s all there is to say.

OnePlus has always been a polarizing manufacturer in the Android space. They’ve continued that with some of the hardware and software decisions of the OnePlus 10T. However, this is still a fantastic device that starts at $649 for the 8GB variant. You will get superb performance, good battery life, and a large screen at the base price point. The OnePlus 10T can be purchased from the company’s website now with orders shipping in September. But the 10T doesn't have to be all things to all people quite like a 'proper' flagship does, and the 10 Pro is still there to cater to a more demanding audience. The 10T's main selling points were also right there on the official product pages, and the phone does deliver top-level performance and charging speed. For its conservatively specced camera, it delivers an okay experience, the display is solid in its average-ness, battery life is similarly middle-of-the-road - all of these to be taken in a good way if that makes any sense. In its essence, the OnePlus 10T is an upper-midrange phone with a top-tier chipset and class-leading charging capability. We'd say it's priced accordingly and is worth what OnePlus is asking - perhaps you can read that as sort of a recommendation.

OnePlus 10T gets most of it right with just a few areas for improvement here and there. At the price point, the OnePlus 10T is clearly the phone with the best performance, which is the result of the flagship processor and clean software. As said, the camera of the 10T is also decent just that some areas like the wide angle and macro can be improved through software updates. The design, build, battery and display are all up to the mark in this one. However, I really miss the alert slider in this one. OnePlus recently said that it is working really hard to bring the alert slider back to its phones. The company also said that it was due to technical challenges that they had to remove the slider, which somewhere set OnePlus apart from the competition. Overall, the OnePlus 10T 5G for the price of around Rs 50,000 is a pretty good deal. The competition, though, is quite tough with really good phones like iQOO 9T 5G, and others being there. The company possibly understands that it is offering the OnePlus 10T for a discount price of around Rs 45,000, which makes it an even more tempting deal.

Last year, OnePlus skipped the T model and went directly for the next generation. The OnePlus 10T has everything one would expect from a near-flagship phone. The performance is really good and the fast charging feature is a winner all the way. Starting at Rs 49,999, the OnePlus 10T faces a lot of competition. There will be areas where the iQoo 9 Pro does much better and somewhere the Pixel 6a could be a better choice. Having said that, the speed and performance of the OnePlus 10T make it a very attractive proposition in this segment. The gaming performance also gives the OnePlus 10T a slight edge over rivals. The OnePlus 10T — even without the alert slider — is a really good phone that has all the capabilities to become a good choice for buyers in this price segment.

The OnePlus 10T has launched in India in August 2022 at a starting price of $649 (Rs 49,990 in India) approx. The OnePlus 10T has a similar design to the OnePlus 10 Pro. The phone runs on the latest Android 12 OS supported by OxygenOS 12.1 user interface. There are also 8GB, 12GB, and 16GB of RAM variants. The 8GB of RAM variant comes with 128GB of storage, while the 12GB and 16GB RAM variants have 256GB of internal storage, while a dedicated card slot is missing in this device. The OnePlus 10T offers a triple rear camera with a 50MP main sensor, an 8MP ultrawide, and a 2MP macro lens. On the front, the OnePlus 10T offers a 16MP camera for clicking selfies. As for the Video recording, this smartphone is capable to record up to 4K at 30fps from the rear camera and up to 1080p at 30fps from the front, while rear cameras support gyro-EIS. There is no doubt that the OnePlus 10T is absolutely a powerhouse and is focused on speed. The phone brings a lot of performance upgrades and features over its predecessor. The Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 performs fast, and the 150W charging is even faster. I wished the camera could have been a little better. However, the phone also misses out on a few things like wireless charging, IP rating and the iconic alert slider to keep its price tag under 50K. Now I don’t know how removing the alert slider saves money for the company but anyways, it’s gone. Overall, the OnePlus 10T is still a great device and is aimed at power users who want flagship performance at a flagship price.

The OnePlus 10T will be a strong new contender in the premium Android segment where OnePlus has been dominating for a while. This time the phone will try to woo new users with its ultra-fast charging capabilities and top-of-the-line features across the board. So for those looking for a complete smartphone with a price that does not go through the roof, the OnePlus 10T will be a good option. But the challenge for OnePlus will be to match the expectation consumers, especially returning buyers, will have from the brand in terms of what it stands for. That is something the brand will have to effectively manage going forward.

Unboxing & Review of the OnePlus 10T - is this Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 performance powerhouse really worth buying vs OnePlus 10 Pro?

A phone that does exactly what it says on the tin, the OnePlus 10T is a powerful handset with super fast charging capabilities, and the long-lasting battery doesn’t hurt either. Everything else about it is good, rather than great and it does lack some features you’d expect to see including an LTPO display, a waterproof build and wireless charging. I'd also say that the design feels like a slight step down from the OnePlus 10 Pro but then it is a fair amount more affordable so I can get past that. Whether you choose to buy this or the OnePlus 10 Pro will depend largely on what you use your phone for the most, and what your budget is. If you need something that will keep up with your busy schedule or that will cope with particularly demanding apps, then the 10T will be perfect. But if you care more about having a top-quality screen and a camera that will let you take professional-looking shots then you’ll be better off with the Pro.

The 10T isn’t an all-around class leader, and despite what OnePlus’ marketing might say, I don’t think it really sets out to be one. In this price range – which is a tick below the $849 Samsung Galaxy S22 – the Pixel 6 is still the best bet for most people. It offers a better holistic feature set, including a better camera, more robust IP68 waterproofing, and more frequent software updates for a longer lifespan. OnePlus made a phone that’s good for the money in the 10T, even if it’s not good for most people. In the US market, there’s room at that table.

At the end of the day, the OnePlus 10T follows a familiar path for OnePlus: it's filled with the latest and most powerful hardware, it's fast, it's great for gamers, and it offers insane charging speeds, but it compromises on the camera quality. We have to once again emphasize this: the OnePlus 10T is a great phone for gamers, so much so that we almost expect the next version to come with RGB lights, fans for cooling and all that jazz. But that kind of look might be a turn-off for average users and the truth is that the average user who values performance in a phone and a clean software experience will also find this to be a great option, but those looking for the ultimate camera better look elsewhere.

The OnePlus 10T offers a huge amount – but as with so many phones this year, there’s a stack of really brilliant competitors queueing at the door. In particular, there’s smoking hot competition from the Google Pixel 6. OK, so the 10T has a few features that take it ahead in the specs race. It’s rocking the latest Snapdragon hardware, bleeding edge charge tech, has a bigger battery and has a much better selfie cam. But you should only buy it if you’re OK with a camera setup that isn’t from the top drawer. If you want to take things up a gear and get something better, then check out the Pixel 6. And if you want a telephoto lens then you’re looking at the Samsung Galaxy S22 or the 10 Pro itself.

The OnePlus 10T has some alluring feathers in its cap, those being the great performance that it squeezes from the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset; the reality-defying speed of its 150W fast-charging; and its lush screen, which is particularly well-suited to running demanding video games. For all of those reasons, I really enjoyed using this phone on a day-to-day basis. However, while the main camera is pretty good, it’s not on the same level as rivals like the Pixel 6, and its secondary sensors are rather disappointing. On top of that, it lacks a couple of the features you may expect to see on a device of this price, including an IP rating to show its dust and water protection, and a wireless charging capability.

The OnePlus 10T is a great value phone for the money, offering high performance specifications, a great display and at least one good camera for a very reasonable price. You do have to compromise a little on some areas, but it's still represents a very competitive phone for the cost.

The OnePlus 10T isn't perfect, but it's a very good phone that could even be an Editors' Choice winner if the company addresses two issues. First, OnePlus must fix the exposure algorithm in the camera software. The company can't create an optical zoom out of thin air, but I'm confident it can fix the current software issues. Second, OnePlus needs to ditch the overburdened OxygenOS 12 skin as quickly as possible; OxygenOS 13 desperately needs to make a clean break. The OnePlus 10T won't be available for preorder until Sept. 1 and doesn't hit shelves until at least Sept. 29 (possibly later for carriers), so we can only hope that OnePlus uses that interim period to address these issues. Whether you should pick the $649 OnePlus 10T over the $599 Pixel 6 or the $749 iPhone 13 depends on if you want to trade a bit of camera quality for better connectivity and super-fast charging. The $799 Galaxy S22 is closer in price to the 10T than the $999 S22+, but the S22+ is a better match for the OnePlus handset's size and performance.

The OnePlus 10T is an affordable flagship phone whose fine balance of price and specs harks back to the plucky OnePlus of a few years ago. It skimps in mostly the right areas to deliver a phone with bleeding edge specs that undercuts the higher-end OnePlus 10 Pro enough on price to present customers with a clear buying decision. The price just about undercuts the 10 Pro – and other Android competitors – enough to justify the 10T’s existence. If you don’t need wireless charging and a telephoto lens, the 10T will save you some cash. The Nord 2T is also available for £369 with the same rear camera set up, but if you want the very best processor on an Android phone right now and a whopping 16GB RAM, the 10T is a solid all-rounder with a lengthy software promise, and is easy to recommend.

Starting at just $649 for the base model with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, the OnePlus10T is a steal at this price, especially with its Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. For $100 more, you can push it to 16GB of RAM and 256GB of storage and it’s still a huge bargain because, with those specs, you’re getting a flagship phone for under $800. Although the low light and overall camera performance is an improvement over the 10 Pro, like 99% of Android phones, it falls short of Apple’s iPhone 13 lineup. However, you can get some nice quality images out of the 10T and fun 4K videos that you can share with family and friends. It’s not meant to film your magnus opus, but you could try. For under $750, you can max out the OnePlus 10T and walk away knowing you now own a great do-it-all phone and still afford to pay your rent. That’s a win in my book.

With the OnePlus 10T, the Shenzhen brand is focusing on a specific user group — gamers and performance enthusiasts, and that’s exactly where it delivers. The OnePlus 10T has all the traits that both of these camps look for, but without the over-the-top look-at-me aesthetic we often see in this category. Performance is about as good as it gets and, more importantly, stays there thanks to efficient cooling and excellent optimization. The software experience may be heavily Oppo-influenced, but it’s feature-rich and there’s no untoward bloatware or significant bugs. Battery life also impresses, and the unbelievably fast charging speeds trounce any competition in the US by a ludicrous margin. The display is great too — another OnePlus hallmark. There is a lot of classic OnePlus in here, from the era before it started making more expensive premium flagships. The original OnePlus was all about high-end performance at a good price, and that is something the OnePlus 10T excels at. Unfortunately, that throwback feel also comes with some of old-school OnePlus’ less desirable traits.

OnePlus' most recent launch before this, the 10R (Review), is physically identical to the Realme GT Neo 3 (Review) and doesn't fit the OnePlus mould at all. Now, the launch of the 10T 5G continues on that trajectory and raises a lot of questions. Who is it for? Where does it fit relative to the heavily discounted OnePlus 10 Pro 5G? Are the tradeoffs worth it? And most importantly – is OnePlus still OnePlus? All that aside, we're in the process of testing the 10T 5G to see how it balances its SoC power with camera quality, battery life, charging speed, design, and of course the OxygenOS experience. Do stay tuned to Gadgets 360; a detailed review is coming up very soon.

The OnePlus 10T is a well-rounded premium smartphone. It offers great display quality, powerful performance, and super fast charging speeds. We were also suitably impressed with the performance of the primary camera on the back of the phone. Since this is not the company's flagship (that honor still belongs to the OnePlus 10 Pro), the OnePlus 10T had to cut some corners. Things like a plastic frame and IP rating have become par for the course for OnePlus phones and the 2MP macro camera should have been left on the chopping block. The removal of the alert slider is also unbecoming of a OnePlus device, no matter the justification offered. In the end, the OnePlus 10T does little to differentiate itself from its siblings in the Oppo and Realme family, both in terms of hardware and software, and lacks any standout features like the ones we are seeing in the competition. Regardless, it is a well-performing, reliable device that may not be exciting but will get the job done.

Overall performance is top-of-the-line here. The 10T starts fast and stays that way even during long gaming sessions, thanks to its new 3D Cooling System and HyperBoost Game Engine—we're a little remiss to throw around superfluous marketing tripe like that, but these features do seem to make a difference. When other phones get uncomfortably toasty and throttle their SoC, the OnePlus 10T keeps on trucking, which could be in-part thanks to Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip as well. Regardless, the 10T proves that OnePlus knows how to design powerful, efficient mobile hardware, even if it misses the mark in other areas. The software, on the other hand, could use some work. The code merger with Oppo has resulted in a substandard experience with missing features and awkward user interactions. Even though it's based on Android 12, there's virtually no support for Material You theming, and the home screen is a real step back from the one included with OxygenOS 11. We will, however, give OnePlus credit where it's due for its update guarantee.

As I mentioned in the intro I have been using the phone for the last few days when I have been on holiday in Wales and it has barely missed a beat with normal use. I have been using it for all the normal holiday-ish things i.e. as a Sat nav via Android Auto, my camera, looking up places to eat and go on days out and as a phone for calling venues and friends and family. The battery has been getting me through a normal full-day use even with the sat nav running only needing a quick top-up when on the really long days. I have included a bunch of photos from the phone to give you an idea of the camera performance when used in a variety of conditions below.

The OnePlus 10T is a bit of a strange entry into the OnePlus 10 family, as it offers substantial improvements in performance, charging speed, and even the camera in some situations. But, for $150 less, it also removes some very curious things. Wireless charging is all but expected in a $650 phone, and the lack of a telephoto camera lens and the removal of OnePlus's unique alert slider really are a disappointment. If you're someone who loves to multitask between several apps at a time, or are a mobile gamer who enjoys games like Fortnite, Call of Duty Mobile, or anything else that pushes the graphical boundaries of mobile phones, the improved and consistent performance of the OnePlus 10T will feel great every single day. Not to mention, the included 125W charging brick will ensure you have a full battery in just a few minutes even after playing hours of mobile games. OnePlus is sticking to its roots with this phone, delivering speed that no one else can in this price range. Personally, I would buy this over the OnePlus 10 Pro if I had to choose between the two.

What a strange smartphone the OnePlus 10T is. In a way, it’s an evolution of a phone that doesn’t exist because no one wanted it. And in another way, it’s like a Nord phone has escaped from its end of the factory, then accidentally been released without the right branding and at a laughably high price in several parts of the world. The only real reason to consider buying the OnePlus 10T is the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, but if that’s your main criteria, I’ll point you towards the Asus Zenfone 9 instead. It’s much better. Yes, the 10T’s fast charging is very fast, but it’s not drastically faster than the OnePlus 10 Pro, just like the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 isn’t that much faster than the 8 Gen 1. There’s nothing really wrong with the OnePlus 10T. It works well enough, and to a certain extent, fits the OnePlus T series criteria. However, for not a lot more money you can get the 10 Pro which is made of higher quality materials, the screen is more attractive, the camera takes better photos, it has the alert slider, and those lovely haptics, too.

So, the big question is should you get one? For the kind of people who crave speed, the OnePlus 10T is an interesting device. It has top-of-the-line performance, a big OLED screen and stupidly fast charging for just $650 for 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, or $750 for the 16GB + 256GB config. Its camera quality is solid too, even though I wish OnePlus had opted for a zoom lens instead of a macro. And its battery life is truly superb. The somewhat disappointing part are some of the cuts made to achieve all this speed. You don't get OnePlus' signature Alert Slider, there's no support for wireless charging, and its water resistance is mediocre. Another annoying wrinkle is that OnePlus has yet to detail carrier compatibility for the US (the company says more info will be available closer to launch, stay tuned for updates) .So while it's super fast, the OP10T isn't as well-rounded as phones like the Pixel 6. To complicate things even more, alongside the 10T's release, OnePlus is permanently reducing OP 10 Pro's starting price from $899 to $799.
