More important, it performs like you would expect a gaming notebook to perform, thanks to an impressive list of hardware that includes a Core i7 CPU, a stellar Nvidia graphics chip, a pair of solid-state drives, and a boatload of speedy memory.

There is plenty to like about the MSI GT70 0NE-276US, like its inspired design, built-in Blu-ray burner, and beautiful display. At the end of the day, however, performance is the only thing that matters about gaming laptops, and the Alienware M17x R4 outguns the GT70 almost entirely across the board while sporting the same price tag, and it remains the system to beat.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680M: High-End Grafikkarte der GeForce 600M Serie basierend auf der Kepler Architektur.

Diese Klasse ist noch durchaus fähig neueste Spiele flüssig darzustellen, nur nicht mehr mit allen Details und in hohen Auflösungen. Besonders anspruchsvolle Spiele laufen nur in minimalen Detailstufen, wodurch die grafische Qualität oft deutlich leidet. Diese Klasse ist nur noch für Gelegenheitsspieler empfehlenswert. Der Stromverbrauch von modernen Grafikkarten in dieser Klasse ist dafür geringer und erlaubt auch bessere Akkulaufzeiten.
