Wow, was für ein Notebook. Mit dem Spectre 13 v002ng hat sich HP wieder einmal selbst übertroffen. Nicht nur das Design ist sehenswert, sondern auch die verbaute Hardware. Im Inneren des 10,4 mm flachen Gehäuses hat HP eine leistungsstarke Intel Core i7 (alternativ auch mit Core i5) verbaut.

The HP Spectre offered surprisingly robust performance for such a thin and light machine. Typically, when a machine this thin comes in for testing here, we're prepared for some level of throttling of the main system processor. However, that absolutely was not the case. In fact, the HP Spectre routinely held a top tier position in all of our benchmark testing, whether in standard compute tasks or graphics and gaming, versus other laptops of its size and class.

It'll turn heads, but it's not a case of style over substance, as it beats or matches other top ultraportables we've tested. Because it costs $250 less than the Dell XPS 13 Touch and is a bit faster, it's an appealing option. That said, the XPS 13 boasts a higher-resolution touch display with minimal bezels along with the convenience of full-size USB ports, so it remains our Editors' Choice for high-end ultraportables.

Put simply, the HP Spectre 13 confounds expectations. When you see a notebook only 0.41 inch thin, you just know it'll have a Core M processor instead of a Core i7. You're sure it'll have a compromised, travel-free keyboard. You suspect it doesn't have room for an all-day battery. The Spectre makes those predictions wrong, wrong, wrong.

Modell: Das HP Spectre 13-v002ng sieht nicht nur schön aus, sondern ist auch ein solides Notebook mit hoher Leistung. Das bemerkenswert schlanke Design ist nur 10,4 mm hoch und wiegt bloß 1,16 kg. Der 13,3 Zoll große Bildschirm löst in 1.920 x 1.080 Pixeln auf. Da das Windows 10 64-bit System von einem blitzschnellen Core i7 Prozessor der sechsten Generation, 8 GB RAM und einer 256 GB SSD angetrieben wird, ist es definitiv auf Leistung ausgerichtet. Es besteht kein Zweifel, dass das Gerät erstaunliche Bilder liefern kann, da Grafiken von einer Intel HD Graphics 520 berechnet werden. Die Klangqualität ist dank Lautsprechern von Bang & Olufsen auch überdurchschnittlich.

Die HP TrueVision Full HD WVA-Cam des Spectre liefert eine beeindruckende Auflösung und Qualität. Die Ausstattung umfasst einen HDMI-Port, drei USB-3.1-Ports (beide Thunderbolt kompatibel) und eine Mikrofon/Kopfhörer-Kombibuchse. Ein Lithium-Ionen-Akku mit 4 Zellen (38 Wh) sorgt für eine Akkulaufzeit von bis zu 8 Stunden. Allerdings kann der Akku nicht entfernt werden.

Intel HD Graphics 520: Integrierte Grafikkarte (GT2), welche in einigen Skylake-CPUs (ULV-Modelle, 15 Watt TDP) verbaut wird.

Diese Klasse ist noch durchaus fähig neueste Spiele flüssig darzustellen, nur nicht mehr mit allen Details und in hohen Auflösungen. Besonders anspruchsvolle Spiele laufen nur in minimalen Detailstufen, wodurch die grafische Qualität oft deutlich leidet. Diese Klasse ist nur noch für Gelegenheitsspieler empfehlenswert. Der Stromverbrauch von modernen Grafikkarten in dieser Klasse ist dafür geringer und erlaubt auch bessere Akkulaufzeiten.
