Entsprechend wirkt das ASUS ROG G751 in der heutigen Zeit etwas pummelig und erweist sich mit seinem Gewicht von 4,5 kg sicherlich nicht als der ideale tägliche Begleiter.

The first time I fired up Battlefield 4 and Team Fortress 2, I was completely blown away by how silky smooth everything was. I had the ASUS ROG G751 sitting on my lap and I was playing Battlefield 4 at 75FPS at 1080p, I simply couldn't believe my eyes. I had to recheck the settings to make sure I wasn't somehow locked at 720p, but I knew it was 1080p; I was just trying to reaffirm that this laptop was capable of that level of performance.

Das jüngste unter den hochwertigen Asus Republic of Gamers Laptops ist das G751. Wer beste Gaming-Technologie sucht, ist hier richtig. Das matt-schwarze Äußere sieht mit dem roten LED-Logo und den hinten herausragenden Lüftergrillen gut aus. Die Tastatur ist verglichen mit allgemeinen Laptop-Designs etwas schräg, wodurch das Handgelenk beim Tippen weniger belastet ist. Das rote Hintergrundlicht der Tastatur verfügt über 3 Helligkeitsstufen und ermöglicht die Optimierung für Gaming in dunklerer Umgebung.
Der Bildschirm ist für Gamer oft wichtig und das G751JY enttäuscht diesbezüglich nicht. Dank hohem Kontrast und Farbgenauigkeit ist er ideal für Gamer, die jedes schnell bewegte Detail genau sehen wollen.
