► remove from comparisonDer Intel Core i9-11900KB ist ein Octa-Core-Prozessor der in Intels Compute-Element den Beast Canon NUC antreibt. Er basiert auf die Tiger-Lake-Architektur (H45) und wurde im 2. Quartal 2021 präsentiert. Der Chip bietet einen TDP von 65 Watt (konfigurierbar). Die Prozessorkerne können von 3,3 bis 5,3 GHz (Einzelkern-Turbo) takten. Alle Kerne gemeinsam können maximal 4,9 GHz erreichen. Der Prozessor bietet 24 MB Level 3 Cache und unterstützt DDR4-3200 Speicher. Die integrierte Grafik basiert auf die Xe-Architektur und ist als UHD Graphics benannt (32 EUs). Im Core i9-11900KB taktet sie von 350 - 1450 MHz. Der Chip wird im neuen 10nm SuperFin Prozess gefertigt.
Wie bei den kleineren Tiger-Lake-Chips wird auch hier WLAN (Wifi 6E) und Thunderbolt 4 / USB 4 im Chip (teil-)integriert für schnellere, günstige und platzsparende Implementierungen in kompakten Systemen. Weiters bietet der Core i9-11900KB 20 PCIe 4.0 Lanes.
Der TDP ist bei 3,3 GHz Basistakt mit 65 Watt spezifiziert und kann auf 55 Watt verringert werden (cTDP).
Intel Core i7-10870H
► remove from comparisonDer Intel Core i7-10870H ist ein Achtkern-SoC für Notebooks, der auf der auf der Comet-Lake-Architektur basiert (CML-H, 4. Generation der Skylake Architektur). Er taktet die acht Prozessorkerne mit 2, - 5 GHz (4,2 bei allen 8 Kernen, 4,8 Boost ohne Thermal Velocity). Die integrierte Grafikkarte hört auf den Namen UHD Graphics 630 und entspricht der alten HD Graphics 630. Die Leistungsaufnahme ist mit 45 Watt TDP spezifiziert und kann vom Notebookhersteller auf 35 Watt heruntergesetzt werden (configurable TDP = cTDP Down). Im Vergleich zum schnelleren Core i7-10875H, bietet der i7-10870H 100 MHz geringere Taktfrequenzen der CPU-Kerne.
Die einzelnen Kerne haben sich bei Comet Lake im Vergleich zu Kaby Lake nicht verändert. Die Leistung pro Takt bleibt also gleich und auch die Fertigung ist im Vergleich zu Coffee Lake die selbe (14nm++). Auch die Grafikkarte wurde nicht verbessert, sondern lediglich teilweise höher getaktet. Der integrierte Speichercontroller unterstützt nun DDR4-2933.
Der i7-10875H unterstützt die Businessfeatures vPro, TXT und SIPP.
Mit einem spezifizierten TDP von 45 Watt eignet sich der i7-10875H am besten für große und schwere Notebooks. Optional kann er per Configurable TDP-down auf 35 Watt gedrosselt werden (mit dadurch geringerer Leistung).

Er taktet die sechs Prozessorkerne mit 2,6 - 5 GHz (Ein- und Zweikern Turbo, 4,3 GHz bei allen 6 Kernen). Die integrierte Grafikkarte hört auf den Namen UHD Graphics 630 und entspricht der alten HD Graphics 630. Die Leistungsaufnahme ist mit 45 Watt TDP spezifiziert und kann vom Notebookhersteller auf 35 Watt heruntergesetzt werden (configurable TDP = cTDP Down). Im Vergleich zum Vorgänger dem Core i7-9750H wurden nur die Taktfrequenzen erhöht, sonst gibt es keine Unterschiede.
Die einzelnen Kerne haben sich bei Comet Lake im Vergleich zu Kaby Lake nicht verändert.
