Der Intel Core i7-1195G7 ist ein sparsamer Quad-Core-SoC für Notebooks und Ultrabooks, der auf der Tiger-Lake-Architektur basiert Mitte 2021 als Refresh vorgestellt wurde. Tiger Lake wird im verbesserten 10nm+-Verfahren (SuperFin genannt) bei Intel gefertigt und nutzt die neuen Willow Cove CPU-Kerne mit einer neuen Mikroarchitektur. Der Basistakt liegt zwischen 1,3 GHz (12 Watt TDP) bis 3,9 GHz (28 Watt TDP). Der Turbo kann bis zu 5 GHz erreichen (einzelner Kern mit Turbo Boost 3.0). Alle Kerne können maximal 4,6 GHz erreichen. Zum Zeitpunkt der Vorstellung ist der i7-1195G7 das schnellste Tiger-Lake-Modell.
Die integrierte Intel Iris Xe G7 Grafikkarte (Gen 12) bietet alle 96 EUs bei einem Takt von 400 - 1400 MHz.
Wie bisher wird auch weiterhin WLAN (Wifi 6E) und Thunderbolt 4 / USB 4 und 4 Lanes PCIe 4 im Chip (teil-)integriert für schnellere, günstige und platzsparende Implementierungen in Notebooks.
Der TDP kann bei den UP3 CPUs von 12 - 28 Watt gewählt werden (mit unterschiedlichem Basistakt) und dadurch eignet sich die CPU auch für dünne und leichte Notebooks.
Intel Core i5-11400T ► remove from comparison
Der Intel Core i5-11400T ist ein sparsamer Sechs-Kern-Prozessor auf Basis der Rocket-Lake-Architektur, die im März 2021 vorgestellt wurde. Der Prozessor taktet mit einem Basistakt von 1,3 GHz und erreicht unter Last einen All-Core-Boost von 3,7 GHz. Auf Hyperthreading muss man auch bei den sparsamen T-CPUs nicht verzichten, womit der i5-11400T in Summe bis zu 12 Threads gleichzeitig verarbeiten kann. Gefertigt wird der Intel Core i5-11400T, im 14-nm-Prozess.
Performance
Im Vergleich zum Intel Core i5-10400T bietet der Core i5-11400T eine deutlich bessere IPC. Das zeigt sich deutlich in den Single-Core-Benchmarks. Aber auch die Multi-Core-Performance profitiert von der besseren IPC im Vergleich zu Comet-Lake. Ein Leistungsplus von bis zu 20 Prozent kann erwartet werden.
Grafikeinheit
Wie auch der Intel Core i7-104 00T bietet auch der Intel Core i7-11400T eine integrierte Grafikeinheit die auf den Namen Intel UHD Graphics 730 hört. Im Core i5-11400T arbeitet sie mit 350 - 1200 MHz und bietet alle 24 EUs.
Leistungsaufnahme
Die TDP fällt mit 35 Watt relativ gering aus. Dies ist der PL1-Wert. Für den Turbo bietet der Intel Core i5-11400T mit dem PL2 eine höhere TDP von bis zu 84 Watt. Für genau 28 Sekunden (Tau) dürfen die vollen 84 Watt verwendet werden, wenn es die Bedingungen zulassen.
Intel Core i7-11700 ► remove from comparison
Der Intel Core i7-11700 ist eine High-End-CPU mit acht Kernen auf Basis der Rocket-Lake-Architektur, welche bereits im April 2020 angekündigt wurde. Der Prozessor taktet mit 2,5 - 4,9 GHz und kann dank Hyperthreading bis zu 16 Threads gleichzeitig bearbeiten. Gefertigt wird der Intel Core i7-11700 im 14-nm-Prozess. Bei der non-K-Variante handelt es sich zudem um einen sehr energiesparenden Prozessor bei dem der Multiplikator nicht frei wählbar ist.
Grafikeinheit
Wie auch der Intel Core i7-107 00 bietet auch der Intel Core i7-11700 eine integrierte Grafikeinheit. Mit den neuen Intel UHD Graphics 750 erhöht Intel die Performance der iGPU aber deutlich, denn hierbei dient die Intel Iris XE-Architektur als Basis. Im 11700K taktet sie mit 350 - 1300 MHz und bietet alle 32 EUs.
Performance
Die Leistung reiht sich zwischen i5-11600K und i7-11700K ein und eignet sich sehr gut für Spiele und anspruchsvolle Anwendungen. Mit den aktuellen Ryzen 7 CPUs auf Zen 3 Basis, kann die CPU aber nicht mithalten.
Leistungsaufnahme
Der Intel Core i7-11700 ist mit einer TDP von 65 Watt angegeben, was dem PL1-Wert entspricht. Im Boost kann die Leistung des Prozessors dennoch bis auf 224 Watt (PL2) gesteigert werden. Voraussetzung ist aber eine gute Kühlung, damit die erhöhte Leistung maximal 56 Sekunden (Tau) abgerufen werden kann.
