Der Intel Core i7-1195G7 ist ein sparsamer Quad-Core-SoC für Notebooks und Ultrabooks, der auf der Tiger-Lake-Architektur basiert Mitte 2021 als Refresh vorgestellt wurde. Tiger Lake wird im verbesserten 10nm+-Verfahren (SuperFin genannt) bei Intel gefertigt und nutzt die neuen Willow Cove CPU-Kerne mit einer neuen Mikroarchitektur. Der Basistakt liegt zwischen 1,3 GHz (12 Watt TDP) bis 3,9 GHz (28 Watt TDP). Der Turbo kann bis zu 5 GHz erreichen (einzelner Kern mit Turbo Boost 3.0). Alle Kerne können maximal 4,6 GHz erreichen. Zum Zeitpunkt der Vorstellung ist der i7-1195G7 das schnellste Tiger-Lake-Modell.
Die integrierte Intel Iris Xe G7 Grafikkarte (Gen 12) bietet alle 96 EUs bei einem Takt von 400 - 1400 MHz.
Wie bisher wird auch weiterhin WLAN (Wifi 6E) und Thunderbolt 4 / USB 4 und 4 Lanes PCIe 4 im Chip (teil-)integriert für schnellere, günstige und platzsparende Implementierungen in Notebooks.
Der TDP kann bei den UP3 CPUs von 12 - 28 Watt gewählt werden (mit unterschiedlichem Basistakt) und dadurch eignet sich die CPU auch für dünne und leichte Notebooks.

Der AMD Ryzen 5 2400G ist ein Desktop-Prozessor mit integrierter Vega Grafikkarte. Der SoC beinhaltet 4 Zen Kerne (Quad-Core CPU) die von 3,6 - 3,9 GHz getaktet werden und dank SMT/HyperThreading 8 Threads gleichzeitig bearbeiten können. Der TDP ist mit 65 Watt spezifiziert. Der L3-Cache beträgt beim 2400G 4 MB. Weiters ist eine Radeon RX Vega 11 getaufte Grafikkarte mit 11 CUs (alle 704 Shader bei maximal 1250 MHz) integriert. Der integrierte Speichercontroller unterstützt maximal Dual-Channel DDR4-2933.

Der AMD Ryzen 3 PRO 2300U ist ein Mobilprozessor für schlanke Notebooks. Technisch ist er identisch zum Consumer Ryzen 3 2300U , jedoch bietet er zusätzliche Sicherheitsfunktionen und längere Garantiezeiten / Verfügbarkeit. Der SoC beinhaltet vier Zen Kerne (Dual-Core CPU, ohne SMT daher 4 Threads gleichzeitig) die von 2 - 3,4 GHz getaktet werden. Der TDP ist konfigurierbar zwischen 12 und 25 Watt (15 Watt nominell) und daher eignet sich die APU auch für schlanke und leichte Notebooks. Der L3-Cache beträgt beim 2200U 4 MB. Weiters ist eine Radeon RX Vega 6 getaufte Grafikkarte mit 6 CUs (maximal 1100 MHz) integriert. Der integrierte Speichercontroller unterstützt maximal Dual-Channel DDR4-2400.
