Tiger Lake wird im verbesserten 10nm+-Verfahren (SuperFin genannt) bei Intel gefertigt und nutzt die neuen Willow Cove CPU-Kerne mit einer neuen Mikroarchitektur. Der Intel Core i5-1135G7 bietet vier Kerne mit 2,4 GHz Basistakt und 4,2 GHz Turbo-Takt. Im Vergleich bieten die schnelleren Core i7 Modelle einen deutlich höheren Takt (z.B. Core i7-1186G7 3 - 4,3 GHz).
Eine weitere Neuerung ist die integrierte Intel Iris Xe G7 Grafikkarte (Gen 12) welche eine deutlich höhere Leistung wie die alte Iris Plus G7 in Ice Lake bieten soll. Im 1135G7 bietet die Iris Xe jedoch nur 80 der 96 EUs bei einem Takt von 400 - 1300 MHz.
Wie bisher wird auch weiterhin WLAN (Wifi 6) und nun auch Thunderbolt 4 / USB 4 und 4 Lanes PCIe 4 im Chip (teil-)integriert für schnellere, günstige und platzsparende Implementierungen in Notebooks.
Der TDP kann bei den UP3 CPUs von 12 - 28 Watt gewählt werden und dadurch eignet sich die CPU auch für dünne und leichte Notebooks.
AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 7530U
► remove from comparisonDer AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 7530U ist ein Mobilprozessor für kleine und leichte Notebooks basierend auf die Cezanne Refresh Generation. Der 7530U ist Teil des zweiten "Barcelo" Refresh Anfang 2023 und bietet einen 200 MHz höheren Turbo Takt im Vergleich zum R5 5625U. Der SoC beinhaltet sechs Zen 3 Kerne (Hexa-Core CPU) welche von 2 bis zu 4,5 GHz getaktet werden (Einzelkern Turbo) und SMT / Hyperthreading (12 Threads) unterstützen. Der Chip wird im 7nm Prozess bei TSMC gefertigt und wurde Anfang 2023 vorgestellt.
Im Vergleich zur technisch identischen non PRO-Version (Ryzen 5 7530U) bietet der PRO 7530 Support für Management-Features und längere Ersatzteilverfügbarkeit.
Die Performance sollte nur etwas oberhalb des alten Ryzen 5 5625U liegen (wahrscheinlich hauptsächlich bei der Einzelkernperformance) und unterhalb des Ryzen 5 6600U.
Der SoC integriert neben den sechs Prozessorkernen noch eine Radeon RX Vega 7 Grafikkarte mit 7 CUs (nun nur noch Radeon Graphics genannt) und bis zu 2000 MHz Takt, einen Dual-Channel DDR4 (DDR4-3200, LPDDR4-4266) Speicherkontroller und 16 MB Level 3 Cache.
Der TDP ist mit 15 Watt spezifiziert, wodurch sich die APU auch für leichte Notebooks eignet.
Intel Core i7-1185G7

Tiger Lake wird im verbesserten 10nm+-Verfahren (SuperFin genannt) bei Intel gefertigt und nutzt die neuen Willow Cove CPU-Kerne mit einer neuen Mikroarchitektur.
