Intel Core i5-1130G7
► remove from comparisonDer Intel Core i5-1130G7 ist ein sparsamer Quad-Core-SoC für Notebooks und Ultrabooks, der auf der Tiger-Lake-Architektur (7 - 15 Watt UP4) basiert und im September 2020 vorgestellt wurde. Tiger Lake wird im verbesserten 10nm+-Verfahren (SuperFin genannt) bei Intel gefertigt und nutzt die neuen Willow Cove CPU-Kerne mit einer neuen Mikroarchitektur. Der i5-1130G7 bietet vier Kerne mit 0,8 (bei 7 Watt TDP) bzw bis 1,8 GHz Basistakt (bei 15 Watt TDP) und 4 GHz Turbo-Takt (3,4 GHz für alle Kerne). Durch den geringen TDP wird der Turbo-Takt jedoch deutlich weniger lang gehalten als bei den UP3-Modellen.
Eine weitere Neuerung ist die integrierte Intel Iris Xe G7 Grafikkarte (Gen 12) welche eine deutlich höhere Leistung wie die alte Iris Plus G7 in Ice Lake bieten soll. Im 1130G7 bietet die Iris Xe jedoch nur 80 der 96 EUs bei einem Takt von 400 - 1100 MHz.
Wie bisher wird auch weiterhin WLAN (Wifi 6) und nun auch Thunderbolt 4 / USB 4 und 4 Lanes PCIe 4 im Chip (teil-)integriert für schnellere, günstige und platzsparende Implementierungen in Notebooks.
Der TDP kann bei den UP4 CPUs von 7 - 15 Watt gewählt werden und dadurch eignet sich die CPU auch für sehr dünne und leichte Notebooks und Convertibles.
Intel Core i7-13700H
► remove from comparisonDer Intel Core i7-13700H ist eine High-End-CPU der Raptor-Lake-H Serie (RPL-H). Im Unterschied zu RPL-HX, ist die H-Serie sehr ähnlich zu den alten Alder-Lake-Prozessoren. Die CPU bietet alle 6 Performance Kerne (P-Kerne, Golden Cove oder Raptor Cove Architektur) und 8 Effizienzkerne (E-Kerne, Gracemont Architektur). Die P-Kerne unterstützten Hyperthreading (daher gemeinsam 20 Threads) und takten von 2,4 bis 5 GHz (Einzelkernturbo, 4,7 GHz für alle Kerne). Die E-Kerne takten von 1,8 - 3,7 GHz und sollen eine vergleichbare Performance wie alte Skylake Kerne bieten (z.B. i7-6920HQ).
Performance
Durch die höheren Taktraten der Rocket-Lake-Serie, kann der i7-13700H sich auf das Niveau des alten Core i9-12900H heben und gehört damit zu einer sehr schnellen mobilen CPU, die sich für alle Anwendungsbereiche hervorragend geeignet.
Grafikeinheit
Wie auch der Vorgänger, integriert Intel in eine Intel Xe basierende Grafikeinheit. Beim 13700H sind alle 96 EUs aktiviert und takten mit bis zu 1,5 GHz.
Features
Wie auch Alder-Lake-H, hat Raptor-Lake-H WiFi 6E und Thunderbolt 4 (4x) teilintegriert. Der integrierte Speicherkontroller unterstützt nun schnelleren DDR5-5200 Speicher. Der integrierte Gaussian and Neural Accelerator (GNA) ist weiterhin in Version 3.0 verbaut. Die Media Engine Quick Sync 8 ist die selbe wie in Rocket Lake und unterstützt MPEG-2, AVC, VC-1 Decode, JPEG, VP8 Decode, VP9, HEVC und AV1 Decode. Der Chip unterstützt PCIe 5.0 x8 für eine dGPU und zwei PCIe 4.0 x4 für SSDs. Der PCH bietet noch PCIe Gen3 x12.
Leistungsaufnahme
Der Intel Core i7-13700H ist mit 45 Watt TDP angegeben (PL2 115 Watt). Gefertigt wird der 13700H im weiter verbesserten Intel 7 Prozess (10 nm SuperFin).
