► remove from comparisonDer Intel Core i5-11260H ist ein Hexa-Core-Prozessor für Gaming-Notebooks und Workstations. Er basiert auf die Tiger-Lake-Architektur (H45) und wurde im 2. Quartal 2021 präsentiert. Der Chip bietet einen TDP von 45 Watt (konfigurierbar auf 35 W). Die sechs Prozessorkerne können von 2,6 bis 4,4 GHz (Einzel- und Zweikern-Turbo) takten. Alle Kerne gemeinsam können maximal 4 GHz erreichen. Der Prozessor bietet 12 MB Level 3 Cache und unterstützt DDR4-3200 Speicher. Die integrierte Grafik basiert auf die Xe-Architektur und ist UHD Graphics benannt. Im 11260H taktet sie von 350 - 1400 MHz und damit 50 MHz geringer als bei den stärkeren Modellen. Der Chip wird im neuen 10nm SuperFin Prozess gefertigt.
Dank der neuen Tiger Lake Architektur sollte die Leistung vergleichbar mit dem hoch getakteten 6-Kerner Intel Core i7-10850H (Comet Lake-H, 6 Kerne, 2,7 - 5,1 GHz, 16 MB L3) liegen und auch mit dem Ryzen 5 5600H (6 Kerne, 2,4 - 3,3 GHz, 16 MB L3) mithalten können.
Wie bei den kleineren Tiger-Lake-Chips wird auch hier WLAN (Wifi 6E) und Thunderbolt 4 / USB 4 im Chip (teil-)integriert für schnellere, günstige und platzsparende Implementierungen in Notebooks. Weiters bietet der i5-11400H 20 PCIe 4.0 Lanes.
Der TDP ist bei 2,6 GHz Basistakt mit 45 Watt spezifiziert und kann auf 35 Watt und dadurch 2,1 GHz verringert werden (cTDP). Dadurch eignet sich die CPU am besten für große und schwere Notebooks.
Intel Core i7-6567U
► remove from comparisonDer Intel Core i7-6567U ist ein Dual-Core-Prozessor für Note- und Ultrabooks auf Basis der Skylake-Architektur, der im September 2015 vorgestellt wurde. Neben den zwei CPU-Kernen samt Hyper-Threading, die mit 3,3 bis 3,6 GHz takten (2 Kerne: max. 3,4 GHz), integriert der Prozessor auch eine Iris Graphics 550 Grafikeinheit inkl. 64 MB eDRAM-Cache sowie einen Dual-Channel-Speichercontroller (DDR3L-1600/DDR4-2133). Die Fertigung erfolgt in einem 14-Nanometer-Prozess mit FinFET-Transistoren.
Architektur
Mit Skylake löst Intel sowohl Broadwell als auch Haswell ab und setzt damit in sämtlichen TDP-Klassen von 4,5 bis 45 Watt wieder auf ein einheitliches Kerndesign. Zu den diversen Verbesserungen der Skylake-Architektur gehören unter anderem vergrößerte Out-of-Order-Buffer, Optimierungen bei Prefetching und Sprungvorhersage sowie stärkere Zugewinne durch Hyper-Threading. Insgesamt fallen die Änderungen für einen "Tock", das heißt eine neue Mikroarchitektur, jedoch eher klein aus, sodass die Pro-MHz-Leistung nur um etwa 5 bis 10 Prozent (gegenüber Haswell) respektive unter 5 Prozent (gegenüber Broadwell) ansteigt.
Auch der Aufbau des eDRAM-Caches wurde von Intel überarbeitet. Statt wie bislang als Victim Cache zu fungieren, der umständlich über den L3-/LLC-Cache angesprochen werden muss, kann der eDRAM nun direkt von Programmen adressiert und als schnellere Vorstufe zum Hauptspeicher genutzt werden. Die Größe beträgt weiterhin 128 MB für die Quad-Core-Modelle (4C + GT4e), Dual-Core-Chips (2C + GT3e) müssen sich mit 64 MB begnügen.
Performance
Entsprechend der spezifizierten Taktraten sowie der leicht gestiegenen Pro-MHz-Leistung ordnet sich der Core i7-6567U noch oberhalb des Core i5-5350H (Broadwell) ein und ist damit einer der schnellsten Dual-Core-Prozessoren auf dem Markt. Die Performance liegt in etwa auf dem Niveau eines Core i7-7500U, der bereits aus der moderneren Kaby-Lake-Generation stammt und eine TDP von lediglich 15 Watt besitzt. Damit stehen auch für anspruchsvolle Anwendungen und Multitasking ausreichende Reserven bereit.
Grafikeinheit
Die integrierte Grafikeinheit namens Iris Graphics 550 repräsentiert die "GT3e"-Ausbaustufe der Skylake-GPU (Intel Gen. 9). Die 48 Ausführungseinheiten, auch Execution Units oder EUs genannt, takten mit 300 bis 1.100 MHz und dürften in Verbindung mit dem schnellen eDRAM-Cache eine Performance im Bereich einer dedizierten GeForce 930M erlauben. Aktuelle Spiele des Jahres 2015 werden damit in niedrigen bis mittleren Einstellungen flüssig dargestellt. Leistungsaufnahme
Entsprechend der TDP von 28 Watt ist der Prozessor vorrangig in größeren Ultrabooks und Notebooks zu finden. Optional kann die TDP auch auf 23 Watt abgesenkt werden (cTDP down), was die Performance in einigen Situationen jedoch leicht schmälert.
Intel Core i7-11800H

Quartal 2021 präsentiert. Der Chip bietet einen TDP von 45 Watt (konfigurierbar). Die Prozessorkerne können von 2,3 bis 4,6 GHz (Einzelkern-Turbo) takten. Dank der neuen Tiger Lake Architektur sollte die Leistung deutlich oberhalb des Vorgängers, dem Intel Core i7-10875H (Comet Lake-H, 2,3 - 5,1 GHz, 16 MB L3) liegen (Einzel- und Mehrkernperformance). Damit sollte die Performance vergleichbar sein eines einem aktuellem Ryzen 7 5800H (Zen 3; 3,2 - 4,4 GHz; 16 MB L3), oder auch etwas langsamer.
