Der Chip integriert eine moderne RDNA 3 basierende Grafikkarte (iGPU) namens Radeon 780M mit 12 CUs und bis zu 2,7GHz inklusive AV1 Video-Engine. An Anschlüssen bietet Phoenix 2x USB 4 (40 Gbps), 20 PCIe 4.0 Lanes und einen Dual-Channel DDR5-5600 / LPDDR5x-7500 Speicherkontroller (mit ECC Support).
