► remove from comparisonDer Intel Core Xeon W-11955M ist ein Octa-Core-Prozessor für mobile Workstations. Er basiert auf die Tiger-Lake-Architektur (H45) und wurde im 2. Quartal 2021 präsentiert. Der Chip bietet einen TDP von 45 Watt (konfigurierbar). Die Prozessorkerne können von 2,6 bis 5 GHz (Einzel und Zweikern-Turbo, ITBM 3.0) takten. Alle Kerne gemeinsam können maximal 4,5 GHz erreichen. Der Prozessor bietet 24 MB Level 3 Cache und unterstützt DDR4-3200 Speicher. Die integrierte Grafik basiert auf die Xe-Architektur und ist UHD Graphics benannt (mit 32 EUs). Im 11980HK taktet sie von 350 - 1450 MHz. Der Chip wird im neuen 10nm SuperFin Prozess gefertigt. Im Vergleich zum Intel Core i9-11950H, bietet der Xeon noch zusätzlich die Unterstützung für ECC-Speicher. Wie der i9 unterstützt der W-11955M die Management-Features vPro, SIPP und TXT.
Dank der neuen Tiger Lake Architektur sollte die Leistung deutlich oberhalb des Vorgängers, dem Intel Core i9-10980HK (Comet Lake-H, 2,4 - 5,3 GHz, 16 MB L3) liegen (Einzel- und Mehrkernperformance). Damit sollte die Performance vergleichbar sein mit einem aktuellem Ryzen 9 5980HX (Zen 3, 3,3 - 4,8 GHz, 16 MB L3) und damit ist der i9 einer der schnellsten Prozessoren die in Notebooks verbaut werden.
Wie bei den kleineren Tiger-Lake-Chips wird auch hier WLAN (Wifi 6E) und Thunderbolt 4 / USB 4 im Chip (teil-)integriert für schnellere, günstige und platzsparende Implementierungen in Notebooks. Weiters bietet der W-11955M 20 PCIe 4.0 Lanes.
Der TDP ist spezifiziert mit 45 Watt (für die 2,6 GHz Basistakt), bei verringertem TDP von 35 Watt (cTDP) taktet der Xeon mit mindestens 2,1 GHz. Trotzdem eignet sich die CPU am besten für große und schwere Notebooks.
Intel Core i7-10750H
► remove from comparisonDer Intel Core i7-10750H ist ein Sechskern-SoC für Notebooks, der auf der auf der Comet-Lake-Architektur basiert (CML-H, 4. Generation der Skylake Architektur). Er taktet die sechs Prozessorkerne mit 2,6 - 5 GHz (Ein- und Zweikern Turbo, 4,3 GHz bei allen 6 Kernen). Die integrierte Grafikkarte hört auf den Namen UHD Graphics 630 und entspricht der alten HD Graphics 630. Die Leistungsaufnahme ist mit 45 Watt TDP spezifiziert und kann vom Notebookhersteller auf 35 Watt heruntergesetzt werden (configurable TDP = cTDP Down). Im Vergleich zum Vorgänger dem Core i7-9750H wurden nur die Taktfrequenzen erhöht, sonst gibt es keine Unterschiede.
Die einzelnen Kerne haben sich bei Comet Lake im Vergleich zu Kaby Lake nicht verändert. Die Leistung pro Takt bleibt also gleich und auch die Fertigung ist im Vergleich zu Coffee Lake die selbe (14nm++). Auch die Grafikkarte wurde nicht verbessert, sondern lediglich teilweise höher getaktet. Der integrierte Speichercontroller unterstützt nun DDR4-2933.
Der i7-10750H unterstützt kein vPro, TXT und SIPP, für diese Business Features ist der später erscheinende Core i7-10850H mit 100-200 MHz höheren Taktfrequenzen geeignet.
Mit einem spezifizierten TDP von 45 Watt eignet sich der i7-10750H am besten für große und schwere Notebooks. Optional kann er per Configurable TDP-down auf 35 Watt gedrosselt werden (mit dadurch geringerer Leistung).
Intel Core i5-10200H
► remove from comparisonDer Intel Core i5-10200H ist ein Quad-Core-SoC für Notebooks, der auf der Comet-Lake-Architektur (4. Generation der Skylake Architektur) basiert. Er taktet die vier Prozessorkerne mit 2,4 - 4,1 GHz. Die integrierte Grafikkarte hört auf den Namen UHD Graphics. Die Leistungsaufnahme ist mit 45 Watt TDP spezifiziert und kann vom Notebookhersteller auf 35 Watt heruntergesetzt werden (configurable TDP = cTDP Down).
Im Vergleich zum Intel Core i5-9300H der Vorgängergeneration ist der einzige Unterschied der Support für schnelleren DDR4 Speicher (2933 vs 2666 MHz). Dadurch sollte die Performance nur minimal schneller sein als ein Core i5-9300H.
Die einzelnen Kerne haben sich bei Comet Lake im Vergleich zu Kaby Lake nicht verändert.
