► remove from comparisonDer Intel Processor U300 ist eine Notebook-CPU der Einstiegsklasse auf Basis der Raptor Lake-U Serie, die im Januar 2023 vorgestellt wurde. Die CPU basiert auf die Alder Lake Architektur und bietet einen Performance Kern (P-Kerne, Raptor Cove Architektur) und 4 Effizienzkerne (E-Kerne, Gracemont Architektur). Der P-Kern unterstützten Hyperthreading (daher gemeinsam 6 Threads) und taktet von 1,2 bis 4,4 GHz. Die E-Kerne takten von 0,9 - 3,3 GHz und sollen eine vergleichbare Performance wie alte Skylake Kerne bieten (z.B. i7-6300HQ). Der U300 ist technisch ähnlich dem alten Pentium 8505.
Performance
Die Performance sollte vergleichbar mit dem Pentium 8505 sein. Der U300 ist zum Release der langsamste Raptor Lake-U Prozessor und nur für anspruchslose Aufgaben gut geeignet.
Grafikeinheit
Wie auch der Vorgänger, integriert Intel in Alder Lake eine Intel Xe basierende Grafikeinheit. Beim Pentium sind 48 der 96 EUs aktiviert und takten mit bis zu 1,1 GHz.
Features
Wie auch Tiger Lake, hat auch Alder-Lake-P WiFi 6E und Thunderbolt 4 (4x) teilintegriert. Der integrierte Speicherkontroller unterstützt DDR5-5200, DDR4-3200, LPDDR5-5200 und LPDDR4x-4267. Der integrierte Gaussian and Neural Accelerator (GNA) ist nun in Version 3.0 verbaut. Die Media Engine Quick Sync 8 ist die selbe wie in Rocket Lake und unterstützt MPEG-2, AVC, VC-1 Decode, JPEG, VP8 Decode, VP9, HEVC und AV1 Decode. Der Chip unterstützt nur PCIe 4.0 (x8 for GPU und zwei x4 für SSDs).
Leistungsaufnahme
Der U300 ist mit 15 Watt (PL1) TDP und 55 Watt (PL2) max. Turbo Power angegeben. Gefertigt wird der Prozessor im verbesserten Intel 7 Prozess (10 nm).
Intel Core i7-1260P
► remove from comparisonDer Intel Core i7-1260P ist eine High-End-CPU auf Basis der neuen Alder-Lake-Architektur, die im Januar 2022 vorgestellt wurde. Die CPU basiert auf den Alder Lake-P Chip (für H und P-Serie) und bietet 4 der 6 Performance Kerne (P-Kerne, Golden Cove Architektur) und alle 8 Effizienzkerne (E-Kerne, Gracemont Architektur). Die P-Kerne unterstützten Hyperthreading (daher gemeinsam 16 Threads) und takten von 2,1 bis 4,7 GHz. Die E-Kerne takten von 1,5 - 3,4 GHz und sollen eine vergleichbare Performance wie alte Skylake Kerne bieten (z.B. i7-6300HQ). Im Vergleich zum Core i7-1270P, bietet der 1260P um 100 MHz geringer getaktete CPU-Kerne und nur vPro "Essentials" Support.
Performance
Durch die 12 Kerne sollte die Multithread-Leistung deutlich oberhalb der alten 28 - 35 Watt 4-Kerner der Tiger Lake Serie liegen. Im Vergleich zu der H-Serie wird bei längerer Last aber der TDP die Leistung limitieren. Bei der Einzelkernperformance sollte der i7-1260P dank der neuen Architektur auch ähnlich schnelle Tiger Lake CPUs abhängen können.
Grafikeinheit

Die E-Kerne takten von 1,2 - 3,7 GHz und sollen eine vergleichbare Performance wie alte Skylake Kerne bieten (z.B. i7-6300HQ). Weiters unterstützt der i7-1355U vPro-Essentials-Management-Features (eingeschränkt im Vergleich zu den Enterprise Features des i7-1365U).
Performance
Durch die hohen Taktraten, ist die Performance etwas oberhalb des alten Core i7-1265U (max 4.8 GHz). Wie üblich bei Alder Lake ist die Performance stark abhängig von der Kühlung und den TDP Settings.
