Der Intel Processor U300 ist eine Notebook-CPU der Einstiegsklasse auf Basis der Raptor Lake-U Serie, die im Januar 2023 vorgestellt wurde. Die CPU basiert auf die Alder Lake Architektur und bietet einen Performance Kern (P-Kerne, Raptor Cove Architektur) und 4 Effizienzkerne (E-Kerne, Gracemont Architektur). Der P-Kern unterstützten Hyperthreading (daher gemeinsam 6 Threads) und taktet von 1,2 bis 4,4 GHz. Die E-Kerne takten von 0,9 - 3,3 GHz und sollen eine vergleichbare Performance wie alte Skylake Kerne bieten (z.B. i7-6300HQ ). Der U300 ist technisch ähnlich dem alten Pentium 8505 .
Performance
Die Performance sollte vergleichbar mit dem Pentium 8505 sein. Der U300 ist zum Release der langsamste Raptor Lake-U Prozessor und nur für anspruchslose Aufgaben gut geeignet.
Grafikeinheit
Wie auch der Vorgänger, integriert Intel in Alder Lake eine Intel Xe basierende Grafikeinheit. Beim Pentium sind 48 der 96 EUs aktiviert und takten mit bis zu 1,1 GHz.
Features
Wie auch Tiger Lake, hat auch Alder-Lake-P WiFi 6E und Thunderbolt 4 (4x) teilintegriert. Der integrierte Speicherkontroller unterstützt DDR5-5200, DDR4-3200, LPDDR5-5200 und LPDDR4x-4267. Der integrierte Gaussian and Neural Accelerator (GNA) ist nun in Version 3.0 verbaut. Die Media Engine Quick Sync 8 ist die selbe wie in Rocket Lake und unterstützt MPEG-2, AVC, VC-1 Decode, JPEG, VP8 Decode, VP9, HEVC und AV1 Decode. Der Chip unterstützt nur PCIe 4.0 (x8 for GPU und zwei x4 für SSDs).
Leistungsaufnahme
Der U300 ist mit 15 Watt (PL1) TDP und 55 Watt (PL2) max. Turbo Power angegeben. Gefertigt wird der Prozessor im verbesserten Intel 7 Prozess (10 nm).

Der Intel Core Ultra 9 185H ist eine High-End-CPU der Meteor-Lake-H-Serie die im Dezember 2023 vorgestellt wurde. Der SoC setzt zum ersten Mal auf ein Tile/Chiplet-Design. Der Compute-Tile bietet 6 Performance Kerne (P-Kerne, Redwood Cove Architektur) und 8 Effizienzkerne (E-Kerne, Crestmont Architektur). Die P-Kerne unterstützten Hyperthreading (daher gemeinsam 22 Threads) und takten bis 5,1 GHz. Die E-Kerne takten mit maximal 3,8 GHz. Zusätzlich gibt es nun noch zwei weitere Low-Power-Efficiency-Kerne auf der Low-Power-Island, im Leerlauf und bei einfachen Aufgaben kann der Compute-Tile daher komplett deaktiviert werden, um Strom zu sparen.
Performance
Mit Meteor-Lake-P wird die bisherige Architektur weiter verbessert, es gibt aber keine grundlegenden Änderungen. Die Leistung ist daher auch nur geringfügig höher als bei den Raptor-Lake-Prozessoren. Im Vergleich zum Core Ultra 7 165H , bietet der U9 185H nur einen 100 MHz höheren Boost takt der CPU und 50 MHz bei der iGPU.
Grafikeinheit
Der Core Ultra 9 185H bietet eine neue ARC-iGPU mit 8 Xe-Kernen und 128 EUs, die maximal 2,35 GHz erreichen. Die Leistung gegenüber der alten Iris Xe Graphics G7 mit 96 EUs konnte ungefähr verdoppelt werden.
Features
Meteor Lake-H hat WiFi 6E und Thunderbolt 4 (4x) integriert. Der integrierte Speicherkontroller unterstützt jetzt LPDDR5/x-7467 (max. 64 GB) oder DDR5-5600 (max. 96 GB). Es kommt nun eine dedizierte NPU (2x Gen3 Neural Compute Engines) zum Einsatz. Die Xe Media Engine unterstützt MPEG-2, AVC, VC-1 Decode, JPEG, VP8 Decode, VP9, HEVC und AV1 Decode bis zu 8K 10-Bit HDR. Der Chip unterstützt jetzt PCIe-5.0 (x8 für GPU) und PCIe-4.0 (drei x12 für SSDs).
Leistungsaufnahme
Der Intel Core Ultra 9 185H ist mit 28 Watt TDP (Base) und 64 Watt bzw. 115 Watt (PL2) max. Turbo Power angegeben. Meteor Lake besteht aus fünf einzelnen Chips, wobei der Prozessorteil im neuen Intel 4 Prozess (7nm) gefertigt wird. Die Grafikeinheit wird bei TSMC in N5 produziert und SoC und I/O-Tile im älteren N6 Prozess. Diese 4 Chips werden dann per Foveros-Verfahren auf den 22nm Base-Tile aufgebracht.

Der Intel Core i5-1345U ist eine Mittelklasse-Notebook-CPU auf Basis der Raptor Lake-U (RPL-U) Serie (Alder-Lake-Architektur), die im Januar 2023 vorgestellt wurde. Die CPU bietet 2 Performance Kerne (P-Kerne, Golden Cove Architektur) und 8 Effizienzkerne (E-Kerne, Gracemont Architektur). Die P-Kerne unterstützten Hyperthreading (daher gemeinsam 12 Threads) und takten von 1,6 bis 4,7 GHz. Die E-Kerne takten von 1,2 - 3,5 GHz und sollen eine vergleichbare Performance wie alte Skylake Kerne bieten (z.B. i7-6300HQ ). Weiters unterstützt der i5-1345U vPro-Enterprise -Management-Features.
Performance
Durch die ähnlichen Taktraten, ist die Performance vergleichbar mit dem alten Core i7-1255U (+100 MHz P-Kerne Basistakt im Vergleich). Wie üblich bei Alder Lake ist die Performance stark abhängig von der Kühlung und den TDP Settings.
Grafikeinheit
