Der VIA Nano U2250 ist ein stromsparender Prozessor für kleine Subnotebooks und Netbooks. Er steht in direkter Konkurrenz zum Intel Atom und befeuert z.b. das 12" Samsung NC20. Er taktet mit mindestens 1.3 GHZ und darf von den Notebookherstellern übertaktet werden. Im Samsung NC20 wird er z.B. mit 1.5 GHz getaktet.

Mit 10 Watt liegt der TDP deutlich über Intel Atom Prozessoren, VIA gibt jedoch einen geringen Idle Power Stromverbrauch von 200mW an.
