Der Samsung Exynos 9610, auch Exynos 7 (9610) genannt, ist ein Mittelklasse-SoC für Android basierende Smartphones und Tablets. Er integriert 8 Prozessorkerne unterteilt in zwei Cluster: 4 Cortex-A73-Kerne mit bis zu 2,3 GHz und 4 Cortex-A53-Kerne mit bis zu 1,7 GHz .

Das integrierte LTE Modem unterstützt 4G mit bis zu 600 Mbps Download und 150 Mbps Upload. Weiters ist eine  Mali-G72 MP3 Grafikkarte integriert mit Support für Vulkan, DirectX 12 und OpenGL ES 3.2. Im Bereich WLAN wird 802.11ac unterstützt sowie Bluetooth 5.0. Der Speichercontroller unterstützt LPDDR4x.

Dank des modernen 10nm FinFET Herstellungsverfahrens ist der SoC relativ genügsam und wahrscheinlich auch für kleinere Smartphones geeignet.
