Der Speicherkontroller unterstützt LPDDR3 933 MHz und LPDDR4/4X mit 1866 MHz. Die integrierte ARM Mali G52 MP2 Grafikkarte bietet zwei Kerne und der gesamte SoC wird bei TSMC im 12nm FinFet Prozess hergestellt.
