Die Nvidia T600 Desktop ist eine professionelle Grafikkarte für kleine Workstations der Einstiegsklasse. Sie basiert auf dem selben TU117 Turing-Chip wie die Consumer GeForce GTX1650. Jedoch kommt der TU 117 nur mit 640 Shadern und einem 128 Bit Speicherbus daher. Beim verbauten Speicher muss man sich mit den 4-GB-GDDR6 arrangieren  Die TDP ist 40 Watt spezifiziert.

Die professionellen Grafikkarten bieten zertifizierte Treiber, welche auf Stabiltität und Performance bei professionellen Anwendungen (CAD-, DCC-, Medizin-, Prospektions-, Visualisierungsanwendungen) optimiert sind. Dadurch ist die Performance im Vergleich zu den Consumergrafikkarten mit gleichem Chip in diesen Bereichen deutlich besser.

Die kleineren Chips der Turing Serie bietet im Unterschied zu den stärkeren RTX Karten (z.B. Quadro RTX 3000) keine Raytracing und Tensor Kerne. Bei der Turing Architektur gab es auch auf der Ebene der CUDA-Kerne deutliche Verbesserungen. Float und INT Operationen können nun gleichzeitig ausgeführt werden, der Cache wurde vereinheitlicht und verbessert und Adaptive Shading eingeführt. Nvidia spricht dadurch von einer bis zu 50% höheren Leistung pro Kern im Vergleich zu Pascal.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Max-Q

Die Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 mit Max-Q Design ist eine mobile Grafikkarte für Laptops basierend auf der Turing Architektur. Sie ist gedacht für dünne und leichte Notebook und je nach Kühlungsdesign etwa 10-15% langsamer als eine normale GTX 1650 für Laptops. Sie basiert wie die Desktop-Version auf den TU117 Chip, nutzt jedoch alle 1024 Shader und wurde Ende April 2019 vorgestellt. Die GTX 1650 Serie bietet im Unterschied zu den stärkeren RTX 2000er Karten (z.B. RTX 2060) keine Raytracing und Tensor Kerne. Die Leistung sollte etwas oberhalb einer mobilen GTX 1050 Ti Max-Q sein, jedoch bei deutlich geringerem Stromverbrauch.

Mit dem Refresh im März 2020 ist auch eine GDDR6 Variante (N18P-G61, max. 4 GB) erhältlich.

Bei der Turing Architektur gab es auch auf der Ebene der CUDA-Kerne deutliche Verbesserungen. Float und INT Operationen können nun gleichzeitig ausgeführt werden, der Cache wurde vereinheitlicht und verbessert und Adaptive Shading eingeführt. Nvidia spricht dadurch von einer bis zu 50% höheren Leistung pro Kern im Vergleich zu Pascal.

Im Gegensatz zu den größeren Turing Chips (wie den TU116 der GTX 1660 Ti) bietet der TU117 nur die älteren NVENC Videoenkodierung der Pascal / Volta Generation.

Nvidia spezifiziert einen Stromverbrauch von 35 Watt TGP (Total Graphics Power) für die Grafikkarte und damit 15 Watt weniger als die normale (Max-P) Variante der GTX1650. Der TU117 Chip wird bei TSMC im 12nm FFN Verfahren gefertigt.

NVIDIA T1200 Laptop GPU

Die Nvidia T1200 Laptop GPU (früher Quadro T1200 für Laptops) ist eine professionelle Grafikkarte für Notebooks und mobile Workstations der Mittelklasse. Sie basiert auf den selben TU117 Turing-Chip wie die Consumer GTX 1650 Ti für Laptops. Im Gegensatz zur stärkeren RTX A2000, bietet die T1200 keine Raytracing und Tensor-Kerne.

Die Leistung der T1200 für Laptops hängt stark von der eingesetzten TGP-Variante und Kühlung ab. Diese kann laut Nvidia von 35 - 95 Watt maximalen Stromverbrauch festgesetzt werden und unterscheidet sich daher deutlich bei Taktraten und Performance. Daher ist es wichtig zu wissen welche TGP Variante im Notebook eingesetzt wird. Es gibt nun keine Max-Q Variante mehr (die 35+ Versionen heissen auch nur "Laptop GPU"), aber jede TGP-Version kann die Max-Q Technologien nutzen (Dynamic Boost, WhisperMode).
