Die AMD Radeon RX 6550M ist eine Notebook-GPU der Einstiegsklasse und basiert auf den Navi 24 Chip mit RDNA 2 Architektur. Die RX6550M bietet 1024 Shader (16 CUs), einen 64 Bit Speicherbus für 4 GB GDDR6 und 16 MB Infinity Cache. Die Taktrate bei typischer Spielelast wird von AMD mit 2560 MHz spezifiziert. 

Die Spieleleistung sollte je nach Anwendung leicht oberhalb der RX 6500M liegen. Der halbierte Speicherbus kann jedoch auch zu deutlichen Nachteilen führen.

Der Navi 24 Chip wird bei TSMC in 6nm gefertigt und sollte daher eine gute Energieeffizienz aufweisen. Die RX6550M ist mit 50 - 80 Watt spezifiziert und eignet sich daher für normale Multimedia-Notebooks.

Die Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 Max-Q (für Laptops, GN20-E3) bezeichnet eine GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU mit Max-Q Technologien. Früher waren die Max-Q-Varianten die Stromsparversionen, mit der RTX 3000 Serie kann jedoch jede TGP-Variante mit Max-Q Technologien ausgestattet werden.

Die AMD Radeon RX 6700M  ist eine Notebook-GPU der Mittelklasse und wird im 7nm Verfahren gefertigt. Sie nutzt einen abgespeckten Navi 22 Chip (RDNA 2 Architektur) mit 2.304 der 2.560 Shadereinheiten (= 36 CUs) und soll im Bereich von 90 - 135 Watt konfigurierbar sein. Bei 135 Watt soll der "Game Clock" bei 2,3 GHz liegen. Der 10 GB große GDDR6-Grafikspeicher wird mit einem 160-Bit-Bus angebunden. Zusätzlich stehen der GPU 80 MB Infinity Cache zur Seite.

Die Rohleistung liegt etwa 11 % hinter der RX 6800M (10,6 versus 11,8 TFLOPS FP32). Damit sollte sich die RX 6700M etwas unterhalb der RTX 3070 einordnen und eignet sich laut AMD am Besten für 1440p Gaming in hoher Detailstufe.

Der Chip wird bei TSMC in 7nm gefertigt.
