Der ATI Radeon IGP 340M ist ein onboard (shared Memory) Grafikchip für Intel Pentium 4M-basierte Notebooks. Dual Display, Powerplay, DDR266 Speicher Support (1 GB max). Die integrierte Grafik stamm vom ATI Mobility Radeon Grafikkern ab, bietet jedoch keinen eigenen Grafikspeicher. Dadurch unterstützt die Grafik auch kein Hardware T&L (Transfer & Lightning).

Dank Hydravision sollte der Chip zwei Displays ansteuern können und mittels PowerPlay kann Strom gespart werden.

Der ATI Radeon IGP 320M ist die Mobile Athlon XP Version des Chipsatzes.
