Der ATI Radeon IGP 320M ist ein onboard (shared Memory) Grafikchip fürMobile-Athlon-XP-basierte. Dual Display, Powerplay, DDR266 Speicher Support (1 GB max). Die integrierte Grafik stamm vom ATI Mobility Radeon Grafikkern ab, bietet jedoch keinen eigenen Grafikspeicher. Dadurch unterstützt die Grafik auch kein Hardware T&L (Transfer & Lightning).

Dank Hydravision sollte der Chip zwei Displays ansteuern können und mittels PowerPlay kann Strom gespart werden.

Der ATI Radeon IGP 340M ist die Intel Pentium 4-M Version des Chipsatzes.

Der ATI Mobility Radeon 7000 IGP ist ein nboard (shared Memory) Grafikchip für Intel Pentium 4M-basierte Notebooks. Dual Display, Powerplay, DDR333 Speicher Support (4 GB max). ATI Mobility Radeon Grafikkern (ohne eigenen Speicher). Im Vergleich zu den ebenfalls auf diese Grafikkarte basierende IGP 320M und 340M, soll der 7000 IGP zum Performance Segment gehören und dadurch minimal schneller sein.
