Der Unisoc T618 ist ein Prozessor der unteren Mittelklasse mit zwei schnellen ARM Cortex-A75 Kernen und bis zu 2 GHz Taktrate und 6 Cortex-A55 Stromsparkernen mit bis zu 2 GHz. Er integriert ein LTE Modem (TDD-LTE, FDD-LTE, TDSCDMA, WCDMA, CDMA, GSM) und einen Tri-Core-ISP namens Vivimagic 5.0 (32, 8, 8 MPixel Support). Der Speicherkontroller unterstützt LPDDR3 933 MHz und LPDDR4/4X mit 1866 MHz. Die integrierte ARM Mali G52 MP2 Grafikkarte bietet zwei Kerne und der gesamte SoC wird bei TSMC im 12nm FinFet Prozess hergestellt.

Der Unisoc T7200 (ehemals Unisoc T606) ist ein Prozessor der unteren Mittelklasse mit zwei großen ARM Cortex-A75 Kernen und bis zu 1,6 GHz Taktrate und 6 Cortex-A55 Stromsparkernen mit ebenfalls bis zu 1,6 GHz. Er integriert ein LTE Modem (TDD-LTE, FDD-LTE, TDSCDMA, WCDMA, CDMA, GSM) und einen Tri-Core-ISP namens Vivimagic 5.0 (24, 8, 8 MPixel Support). Der Speicherkontroller unterstützt LPDDR4/4X mit 1600 MHz. Die integrierte ARM Mali G57 MP1 Grafikkarte bietet einen Kerne und 650 MHz Taktung und der gesamte SoC wird bei TSMC im 12nm FinFet Prozess hergestellt.
