Der Unisoc Tangula T700 ist ein Prozessor der unteren Mittelklasse mit zwei schnellen ARM Cortex-A75 Kernen und bis zu 1.8 GHz Taktrate und 6 Cortex-A55 Stromsparkernen mit bis zu 1,8 GHz. er bietet ähnliche Spezifikationen wie der Unisoc Tiger T618 bzw T610.

Er integriert ein LTE Modem (TDD-LTE, FDD-LTE, TDSCDMA, WCDMA, CDMA, GSM) und einen Tri-Core-ISP namens Vivimagic 5.0. Zudem ist die Nutzung von 90-Hz-Bildschirmen möglich. Die integrierte ARM Mali G52 MP2 Grafikkarte bietet zwei Kerne und der gesamte SoC wird bei TSMC im 12nm FinFet Prozess hergestellt.
