AMD Ryzen 7 5800HS
► remove from comparisonDer AMD Ryzen 7 5800HS ist ein Mobilprozessor für große Notebooks (z.B. Gaming Laptops) basierend auf die Cezanne Generation. Der SoC beinhaltet acht Zen 3 Kerne (Octa-Core CPU) welche mit bis zu 4,45 GHz getaktet werden (Turbo) und SMT / Hyperthreading (16 Threads) unterstützen. Der Chip wird im modernen 7nm Prozess bei TSMC gefertigt und soll Anfang 2021 vorgestellt werden.
Die HS-Version ist im Vergleich zum normalen 5800H (35-52 W) auf 35 Watt TDP limitiert (cTDP down, selber Chip).
Die neue Zen 3 Microarchitektur bringt im Desktop laut AMD eine um 19% höhere IPC (Instructions per Clock) Performance. In Anwendungs-Tests bei gleichem Takt waren es meist gegen 12%, bei Spielen noch deutlich mehr.
Der SoC integriert neben den acht Prozessorkernen noch eine Radeon RX Vega 8 Grafikkarte mit 8 CUs und bis zu 2000 MHz Takt, einen Dual-Channel DDR4-3200 / LPDDR4-4266 Speicherkontroller und 16 MB Level 3 Cache.
Der TDP ist beim HS auf 35 Watt spezifiziert (5800H bis zu 54 Watt).
Achtung, bis jetzt wurde der R7 5800HS noch nicht offiziell vorgestellt und daher basieren obige Informationen auf Gerüchte und Leaks, wie Geekbench.
Intel Core i9-13900HK
► remove from comparisonDer Intel Core i9-13900HK ist eine High-End-CPU der Raptor-Lake-H Serie (RPL-H). Im Unterschied zu RPL-HX, ist die H-Serie sehr ähnlich zu den alten Alder-Lake-Prozessoren. Die CPU bietet alle 6 Performance Kerne (P-Kerne, Golden Cove oder Raptor Cove Architektur) und 8 Effizienzkerne (E-Kerne, Gracemont Architektur). Die P-Kerne unterstützten Hyperthreading (daher gemeinsam 20 Threads) und takten von 2,6 bis 5,4 GHz (Einzelkernturbo, 4,9 GHz für alle Kerne). Die E-Kerne takten von 1,9 - 4,1 GHz und sollen eine vergleichbare Performance wie alte Skylake Kerne bieten (z.B. i7-6920HQ). Die K-Variante bezeichnet den freien Multiplikator, wodurch sich die CPU übertakten lässt. Im Unterschied zum 13900H, bietet der 13900HK nur die "Essentials"-Features von vPro.
Performance
Durch die höheren Tatkraten, kann der Core i9-13900HK den älteren Core i9-12900HK leicht abhängen und ist damit die schnellste 45 Watt CPU von Intel. Bei ausreichender Kühlung, ist die CPU für alle Anwendungsbereiche hervorragend geeignet. Vor dem 13900HK positionieren sich jedoch die HX-Modelle wie der i9-13980HX mit mehr E-Kernen und verbesserten P-Kernen.
Grafikeinheit
Wie auch der Vorgänger, integriert Intel in eine Intel Xe basierende Grafikeinheit. Beim 12900HK sind alle 96 EUs aktiviert.
Features
Wie auch Alder-Lake-H, hat Raptor-Lake-H WiFi 6E und Thunderbolt 4 (4x) teilintegriert. Der integrierte Speicherkontroller unterstützt nun schnelleren DDR5-5200 Speicher. Der integrierte Gaussian and Neural Accelerator (GNA) ist weiterhin in Version 3.0 verbaut. Die Media Engine Quick Sync 8 ist die selbe wie in Rocket Lake und unterstützt MPEG-2, AVC, VC-1 Decode, JPEG, VP8 Decode, VP9, HEVC und AV1 Decode. Der Chip unterstützt PCIe 5.0 x8 für eine dGPU und zwei PCIe 4.0 x4 für SSDs. Der PCH bietet noch PCIe Gen3 x12.
Leistungsaufnahme
Der Intel Core i9-13900HK ist mit 45 Watt TDP angegeben (PL2 115 Watt). Gefertigt wird der 13900HK im weiter verbesserten Intel 7 Prozess (10 nm SuperFin).
