Der AMD Ryzen 5 7530U ist ein Mobilprozessor für kleine und leichte Notebooks basierend auf die Cezanne Refresh Generation. Der 7530U ist Teil des zweiten "Barcelo" Refresh Anfang 2023 und bietet einen 200 MHz höheren Turbo Takt im Vergleich zum R5 5625U . Der SoC beinhaltet sechs Zen 3 Kerne (Hexa-Core CPU) welche von 2 bis zu 4,5 GHz getaktet werden (Einzelkern Turbo) und SMT / Hyperthreading (12 Threads) unterstützen. Der Chip wird im 7nm Prozess bei TSMC gefertigt und wurde Anfang 2023 vorgestellt.
Die Performance sollte nur etwas oberhalb des alten Ryzen 5 5625U liegen (wahrscheinlich hauptsächlich bei der Einzelkernperformance) und unterhalb des Ryzen 5 6600U .
Der SoC integriert neben den sechs Prozessorkernen noch eine Radeon RX Vega 7 Grafikkarte mit 7 CUs (nun nur noch Radeon Graphics genannt) und bis zu 2000 MHz Takt, einen Dual-Channel DDR4 (DDR4-3200, LPDDR4-4266) Speicherkontroller und 16 MB Level 3 Cache.
Der TDP ist mit 15 Watt spezifiziert, wodurch sich die APU auch für leichte Notebooks eignet.
Intel Core i7-1270P ► remove from comparison
Der Intel Core i7-1270P ist eine High-End-CPU auf Basis der neuen Alder-Lake-Architektur, die im Januar 2022 vorgestellt wurde. Die CPU basiert auf den Alder Lake-P Chip (für H und P-Serie) und bietet 4 der 6 Performance Kerne (P-Kerne, Golden Cove Architektur) und alle 8 Effizienzkerne (E-Kerne, Gracemont Architektur). Die P-Kerne unterstützten Hyperthreading (daher gemeinsam 16 Threads) und takten von 2,2 bis 4,8 GHz. Die E-Kerne takten von 1,6 - 3,5 GHz und sollen eine vergleichbare Performance wie alte Skylake Kerne bieten (z.B. i7-6300HQ ). Im Vergleich zum Core i5-12600H, bietet der i7-1270P etwas höhere Turbo-Taktraten, aber einen geringeren TDP (28 versus 45W) und auch geringer Basistaktraten. Beide CPUs unterstützten vPro "Enterprise" .
Performance
Durch die 12 Kerne sollte die Multithread-Leistung deutlich oberhalb der alten 28 - 35 Watt 4-Kerner der Tiger Lake Serie liegen. Im Vergleich zu der H-Serie wird bei längerer Last aber der TDP die Leistung limitieren. Bei der Einzelkernperformance sollte der i7-1270P vergleichbar zum Topmodell dem i7-1280P sein und die alten Tiger Lake dank neuer Architektur bei vergleichbaren Takt deutlich abhängen.
Grafikeinheit
Wie auch der Vorgänger, integriert Intel in Alder Lake eine Intel Xe basierende Grafikeinheit. Beim 1270P sind alle 96 EUs aktiviert und takten mit bis zu 1,4 GHz.
Features
Wie auch Tiger Lake, hat auch Alder-Lake-P WiFi 6E und Thunderbolt 4 (4x) teilintegriert. Der integrierte Speicherkontroller unterstützt DDR5-4800, DDR4-3200, LPDDR5-5200 und LPDDR4x-4267. Der integrierte Gaussian and Neural Accelerator (GNA) ist nun in Version 3.0 verbaut. Die Media Engine Quick Sync 8 ist die selbe wie in Rocket Lake und unterstützt MPEG-2, AVC, VC-1 Decode, JPEG, VP8 Decode, VP9, HEVC und AV1 Decode. Der Chip unterstützt nur PCIe 4.0 (x8 for GPU und zwei x4 für SSDs).
Leistungsaufnahme
Der Intel Core i7-1270P ist mit 28 Watt TDP und 64 Watt (PL2) max. Turbo Power angegeben. Gefertigt wird der Prozessor im modernen Intel 7 Prozess (10 nm).
