Der 7530U ist Teil des zweiten "Barcelo" Refresh Anfang 2023 und bietet einen 200 MHz höheren Turbo Takt im Vergleich zum R5 5625U . Der SoC beinhaltet sechs Zen 3 Kerne (Hexa-Core CPU) welche von 2 bis zu 4,5 GHz getaktet werden (Einzelkern Turbo) und SMT / Hyperthreading (12 Threads) unterstützen. Der Chip wird im 7nm Prozess bei TSMC gefertigt und wurde Anfang 2023 vorgestellt.
Die Performance sollte nur etwas oberhalb des alten Ryzen 5 5625U liegen (wahrscheinlich hauptsächlich bei der Einzelkernperformance) und unterhalb des Ryzen 5 6600U .
Der SoC integriert neben den sechs Prozessorkernen noch eine Radeon RX Vega 7 Grafikkarte mit 7 CUs (nun nur noch Radeon Graphics genannt) und bis zu 2000 MHz Takt, einen Dual-Channel DDR4 (DDR4-3200, LPDDR4-4266) Speicherkontroller und 16 MB Level 3 Cache.
Der TDP ist mit 15 Watt spezifiziert, wodurch sich die APU auch für leichte Notebooks eignet.
Intel Core i5-1340P ► remove from comparison Der Intel Core i5-1340P ist eine Mittelklasse-CPU der Raptor Lake-P Serie (Alder Lake Refresh) welche wahrscheinlich im Jänner 2023 vorgestellt wird. Die CPU bietet 4 der 6 Performance Kerne (P-Kerne, Golden Cove Architektur) und alle 8 Effizienzkerne (E-Kerne, Gracemont Architektur). Die P-Kerne unterstützten Hyperthreading (daher gemeinsam 16 Threads) und takten von 1,9 GHz (Basistakt) bis 4,6 GHz (Einzelkern-Boost). Die E-Kerne takten von 1,4 - 3,4 GHz und sollen eine vergleichbare Performance wie alte Skylake Kerne bieten (z.B. i7-6300HQ ). Der i5-1340P unterstützt das volle Set der vPro Management Features.
Performance
Durch die höheren Taktraten kann sich der i5-1340P vom alten i5-1240P leicht absetzen und sollte auf dem Niveau des i7-1250P sich einreihen (maximal 4.4 GHz und 12 Kerne).
Grafikeinheit
Wie auch der Vorgänger, integriert Intel in Alder Lake eine Intel Xe basierende Grafikeinheit. Beim 1340P sind 80 der 96 EUs aktiviert und takten mit bis zu 1,45 GHz.
Features
Wie auch Tiger Lake, hat auch Alder-Lake-P WiFi 6E und Thunderbolt 4 (4x) teilintegriert. Der integrierte Speicherkontroller unterstützt nun DDR5-5200. Der integrierte Gaussian and Neural Accelerator (GNA) ist weiterhin in Version 3.0 verbaut. Die Media Engine Quick Sync 8 ist die selbe wie in Rocket Lake und unterstützt MPEG-2, AVC, VC-1 Decode, JPEG, VP8 Decode, VP9, HEVC und AV1 Decode. Der Chip unterstützt weiterhin nur PCIe 4.0 (x8 for GPU und zwei x4 für SSDs).
Leistungsaufnahme
Der Intel Core i7-1340P ist mit 28 Watt TDP und 64 Watt (PL2) max. Turbo Power angegeben. Gefertigt wird der Prozessor im weiter verbesserten Intel 7 Prozess (10 nm).
