Der AMD Ryzen 5 7530U ist ein Mobilprozessor für kleine und leichte Notebooks basierend auf die Cezanne Refresh Generation. Der 7530U ist Teil des zweiten "Barcelo" Refresh Anfang 2023 und bietet einen 200 MHz höheren Turbo Takt im Vergleich zum R5 5625U . Der SoC beinhaltet sechs Zen 3 Kerne (Hexa-Core CPU) welche von 2 bis zu 4,5 GHz getaktet werden (Einzelkern Turbo) und SMT / Hyperthreading (12 Threads) unterstützen. Der Chip wird im 7nm Prozess bei TSMC gefertigt und wurde Anfang 2023 vorgestellt.
Die Performance sollte nur etwas oberhalb des alten Ryzen 5 5625U liegen (wahrscheinlich hauptsächlich bei der Einzelkernperformance) und unterhalb des Ryzen 5 6600U .
Der SoC integriert neben den sechs Prozessorkernen noch eine Radeon RX Vega 7 Grafikkarte mit 7 CUs (nun nur noch Radeon Graphics genannt) und bis zu 2000 MHz Takt, einen Dual-Channel DDR4 (DDR4-3200, LPDDR4-4266) Speicherkontroller und 16 MB Level 3 Cache.
Der TDP ist mit 15 Watt spezifiziert, wodurch sich die APU auch für leichte Notebooks eignet.

Der AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 6850U ist ein Mobilprozessor für Notebooks basierend auf die Rembrandt Generation. Der SoC beinhaltet acht Zen 3+ Kerne (Octa-Core CPU) welche mit 3,2 GHz (garantierter Basistakt) bis zu 4,7 GHz getaktet werden (Turbo) und SMT / Hyperthreading (16 Threads) unterstützen. Der Chip wird im modernen 6nm Prozess bei TSMC gefertigt und wurde im April 2022 vorgestellt. Im Vergleich zum Consumer Ryzen 7 6800U , bietet der 6850U zusätzliche Management und Security Features wie den Microsoft Pluton Security Prozessor.
Die neuen Rembrandt APUs bieten einige Neuerungen, wie Support für USB4 mit 40 Gbps, PCI-E Gen 4, DDR5-4800MT/s bzw LPDDR5-6400MT/s, WiFi 6E, Bluetooth LE 5.2, DisplayPort 2 und AV1 Decode in Hardware.
Die CPU Leistung ist abhängig vom spezifizierten TDP (15-25 Watt) und der Kühlung, sollte aber durch die höhere Taktung deutlich oberhalb des alten Ryzen 7 5800U (1,9 - 4,4 GHz) liegen.
Eine besondere Neuheit ist die aktualisierte Grafikkarte namens Radeon 680M , die nun endlich auf die aktuelle RDNA2-Architektur basiert und im 6850U 12 CUs mit bis zu 2,2 GHz Takt bietet.
Der TDP ist mit 15 - 25 Watt spezifiziert und dadurch ist die APU auch für kleine und leichte Notebooks geeignet.
