Im Vergleich zum minimal schnelleren Ryzen 5 4600U, bietet der 4500U kein SMT / Hyperthreading aber einen höheren Basistakt. Dadurch sollte die Prozessor-Performance sehr ähnlich ausfallen.
Der SoC integriert neben den sechs Prozessorkernen noch eine Radeon RX Vega 6 Grafikkarte mit 6 CUs und bis zu 1500 MHz Takt, einen Dual-Channel DDR4-3200 / LPDDR4-4266 Speicherkontroller und 8 MB Level 3 Cache.
