► remove from comparisonDer AMD Ryzen 3 7330U ist ein Mobilprozessor für kleine und leichte Notebooks basierend auf die Cezanne Generation. Der R3 7330U ist Teil des zweiten "Barcelo" Refresh Anfang 2023 und bietet 200 MHz höheren CPU-Taktraten im Vergleich zum R3 5425U. Der SoC beinhaltet vier Zen 3 Kerne (Quad-Core CPU) welche von 2,3 bis 4,1 GHz (Einzelkern Boost) getaktet werden und SMT / Hyperthreading (8 Threads) unterstützen.
Die Performance sollte etwas oberhalb des alten Ryzen 3 5425U im Einstiegssegment liegen.
Der SoC integriert neben den vier Prozessorkernen noch eine Radeon RX Vega 6 Grafikkarte (nun nur noch Radeon Graphics genannt) mit 6 CUs und bis zu 1800 MHz Takt, einen Dual-Channel DDR4 Speicherkontroller und 8 MB Level 3 Cache.
Der TDP ist mit 15 Watt spezifiziert. Der Chip wird im aktuellen 7nm Prozess bei TSMC gefertigt.
Intel Core i7-13700H
► remove from comparisonDer Intel Core i7-13700H ist eine High-End-CPU der Raptor-Lake-H Serie (RPL-H). Im Unterschied zu RPL-HX, ist die H-Serie sehr ähnlich zu den alten Alder-Lake-Prozessoren. Die CPU bietet alle 6 Performance Kerne (P-Kerne, Golden Cove oder Raptor Cove Architektur) und 8 Effizienzkerne (E-Kerne, Gracemont Architektur). Die P-Kerne unterstützten Hyperthreading (daher gemeinsam 20 Threads) und takten von 2,4 bis 5 GHz (Einzelkernturbo, 4,7 GHz für alle Kerne). Die E-Kerne takten von 1,8 - 3,7 GHz und sollen eine vergleichbare Performance wie alte Skylake Kerne bieten (z.B. i7-6920HQ).
Performance
Durch die höheren Taktraten der Rocket-Lake-Serie, kann der i7-13700H sich auf das Niveau des alten Core i9-12900H heben und gehört damit zu einer sehr schnellen mobilen CPU, die sich für alle Anwendungsbereiche hervorragend geeignet.
Grafikeinheit
Wie auch der Vorgänger, integriert Intel in eine Intel Xe basierende Grafikeinheit. Beim 13700H sind alle 96 EUs aktiviert und takten mit bis zu 1,5 GHz.
Features
Wie auch Alder-Lake-H, hat Raptor-Lake-H WiFi 6E und Thunderbolt 4 (4x) teilintegriert. Der integrierte Speicherkontroller unterstützt nun schnelleren DDR5-5200 Speicher. Der integrierte Gaussian and Neural Accelerator (GNA) ist weiterhin in Version 3.0 verbaut. Die Media Engine Quick Sync 8 ist die selbe wie in Rocket Lake und unterstützt MPEG-2, AVC, VC-1 Decode, JPEG, VP8 Decode, VP9, HEVC und AV1 Decode. Der Chip unterstützt PCIe 5.0 x8 für eine dGPU und zwei PCIe 4.0 x4 für SSDs. Der PCH bietet noch PCIe Gen3 x12.
Leistungsaufnahme
Der Intel Core i7-13700H ist mit 45 Watt TDP angegeben (PL2 115 Watt). Gefertigt wird der 13700H im weiter verbesserten Intel 7 Prozess (10 nm SuperFin).

Performance
Durch die höheren Tatkraten, kann der Core i9-13900HK den älteren Core i9-12900HK leicht abhängen und ist damit die schnellste 45 Watt CPU von Intel. Bei ausreichender Kühlung, ist die CPU für alle Anwendungsbereiche hervorragend geeignet. Vor dem 13900HK positionieren sich jedoch die HX-Modelle wie der i9-13980HX mit mehr E-Kernen und verbesserten P-Kernen.
Grafikeinheit
Wie auch der Vorgänger, integriert Intel in eine Intel Xe basierende Grafikeinheit. Beim 12900HK sind alle 96 EUs aktiviert.
