Der SoC integriert neben den vier Prozessorkernen noch eine Radeon RX Vega 6 Grafikkarte mit 6 CUs und bis zu 1600 MHz Takt, einen Dual-Channel DDR4 Speicherkontroller und 8 MB Level 3 Cache.
