Der AMD Ryzen 3 5300U ist ein Mobilprozessor für kleine und leichte Notebooks basierend auf die Lucienne Generation. Der SoC beinhaltet vier Zen 2 Kerne (Quad-Core CPU) welche mit bis zu 3,8 GHz getaktet werden (Turbo) und SMT / Hyperthreading (8 Threads) unterstützen. Der Chip wird im modernen 7nm Prozess bei TSMC gefertigt und soll Anfang 2021 vorgestellt werden. Im Vergleich zum schnelleren Ryzen 3 5400U basiert der 5300U nicht auf die neue und schnellere Zen 3 Architektur und bietet daher auch weniger L3 Cache.

Der SoC integriert neben den sechs Prozessorkernen noch eine Radeon RX Vega 6 Grafikkarte mit 6 CUs und bis zu 1500 MHz Takt, einen Dual-Channel DDR4 Speicherkontroller und 8 MB Level 3 Cache.
Der TDP ist weiterhin von 10 - 25 Watt konfigurierbar (15 Watt Default, in den meisten Notebooks aber 25 Watt). Daher ist der Chip auch für kleine und leichte Notebooks geeignet.
Intel Core i7-1195G7 ► remove from comparison
Der Intel Core i7-1195G7 ist ein sparsamer Quad-Core-SoC für Notebooks und Ultrabooks, der auf der Tiger-Lake-Architektur basiert Mitte 2021 als Refresh vorgestellt wurde. Tiger Lake wird im verbesserten 10nm+-Verfahren (SuperFin genannt) bei Intel gefertigt und nutzt die neuen Willow Cove CPU-Kerne mit einer neuen Mikroarchitektur. Der Basistakt liegt zwischen 1,3 GHz (12 Watt TDP) bis 3,9 GHz (28 Watt TDP). Der Turbo kann bis zu 5 GHz erreichen (einzelner Kern mit Turbo Boost 3.0). Alle Kerne können maximal 4,6 GHz erreichen. Zum Zeitpunkt der Vorstellung ist der i7-1195G7 das schnellste Tiger-Lake-Modell.
Die integrierte Intel Iris Xe G7 Grafikkarte (Gen 12) bietet alle 96 EUs bei einem Takt von 400 - 1400 MHz.
Wie bisher wird auch weiterhin WLAN (Wifi 6E) und Thunderbolt 4 / USB 4 und 4 Lanes PCIe 4 im Chip (teil-)integriert für schnellere, günstige und platzsparende Implementierungen in Notebooks.
Der TDP kann bei den UP3 CPUs von 12 - 28 Watt gewählt werden (mit unterschiedlichem Basistakt) und dadurch eignet sich die CPU auch für dünne und leichte Notebooks.

Der AMD Ryzen 7 5700U ist ein Mobilprozessor für kleine und leichte Notebooks basierend auf die Lucienne Generation. Der SoC beinhaltet acht Zen 2 Kerne (Octa-Core CPU) welche mit bis zu 4,3 GHz getaktet werden (Turbo) und SMT / Hyperthreading (16 Threads) unterstützen. Der Chip wird im modernen 7nm Prozess bei TSMC gefertigt und wurde Anfang 2021 vorgestellt. Im Vergleich zum Topmodell, dem R7 5800U , basiert der 5700U noch nicht auf die neue Zen 3 Architektur und bietet nur den halben L3-Cache und um 100 MHz geringere Taktraten.
