Die Nvidia Quadro P3000 ist eine mobile High-End-Workstation-Grafikkarte für Notebooks. Sie basiert auf wie die Consumer GeForce GTX 1060 (Laptop) auf den GP106 Chip mit 1280 Shader. Die Grafikkarte ist für die Kaby-Lake-Generation gedacht und Nachfolgerin der Quadro M3000M (Maxwell). Im Vergleich zur Consumer GTX 1060 bietet die P3000 jedoch 6 GB GDDR5 Grafikspeicher (bei geringerer Bandbreite also Taktrate). Die Taktraten bewegen sich von 1088 MHz (Basis) über 1215 MHz (typischer Boost) bis 1240 MHz (max.). 

Die Quadro-Grafikkarten bieten zertifizierte Treiber, welche auf Stabiltität und Performance bei professionellen Anwendungen (CAD-, DCC-, Medizin-, Prospektions-, Visualisierungsanwendungen) optimiert sind. Dadurch ist die Performance im Vergleich zu den Consumergrafikkarten mit gleichem Chip in diesen Bereichen deutlich besser.

Leistung

Die theoretische Leistung sollte vergleichbar zur GTX 1060 sein (falls die Taktraten nicht massiv verringert wurden), wodurch ein merkbares Leistungsplus im Vergleich zur alten M3000M erreicht werden sollte.

Leistungsaufnahme

Die Leistungsaufnahme der Quadro P3000 liegt laut Nvidia bei 75 Watt (TGP incl. memory) bzw. 55.3 W TDP. Dadurch ist die Karte am besten für 15-Zoll-Notebooks und größer geeignet.

Die Nvidia Quadro P3200 ist eine mobile High-End-Workstation-Grafikkarte für Notebooks. Sie basiert auf den GP104 Chip und wird in 16 nm gefertigt. Im Vergleich zur leicht schnelleren Quadro P4000, bietet die P3200 einen schmaleren Speicherbus (192 versus 256 Bit) und ist sparsamer (75 versus 100 Watt TGP).

Die Quadro-Grafikkarten bieten zertifizierte Treiber, welche auf Stabiltität und Performance bei professionellen Anwendungen (CAD-, DCC-, Medizin-, Prospektions-, Visualisierungsanwendungen) optimiert sind. Dadurch ist die Performance im Vergleich zu den Consumergrafikkarten mit gleichem Chip in diesen Bereichen deutlich besser.

Leistung

Die theoretische Leistung wird von Nvidia mit 5,3 TFLOPS, wie bei der Quadro P4000 spezifiziert.  Der schmalere Speicherbus wird sich jedoch in einigen Anwendungen auswirken. Beim SpecViewPerf soll die Quadro P3200 jedoch über 90% schneller sein als eine alte Quadro M3000M.

Leistungsaufnahme

Die Leistungsaufnahme der Quadro P3200 liegt bei 75 Watt TGP und damit zwischen der Quadro P3000 Max-Q (60 Watt TGP) und P4000 (wahrscheinlich 75 - 100 Watt TGP).
