Die MP2 Variante der G71 verbaut 2 der 32 möglichen Grafikkerne und unterstützt OpenGL ES 3.2, Vulkan 1.0, OpenCL 2.0, DirectX 11 FL11_1, RenderScript.

Die ARM Mali-G72 MP3 ist eine integrierte Mittelklasse-Grafikeinheit für ARM-SoCs, die erstmals Anfangs 2018 im Smartphone- und Tablet-Chip Mediatek Helio P60 verbaut wurde.
Die Mali-G72 basiert auf die 2. Generation der Bifrost Architektur welche Verbesserung bei der Machine Learning Effizienz und einen größeren Tile Buffer für 16x Anti-Aliasing mitbringt.
An Grafik-APIs unterstützt die G72 OpenGL ES 3.2, Vulkan 1.0, OpenCL 2.0, DirectX 12 FL11_1 und Renderscript.
