Der AMD Turion II Ultra M520 ist ein Einstiegs Doppelkern Prozessor von AMD. Er basiert auf den Caspian getauften Kern, welcher wahrscheinlich (teilweise) auf die K10 Architektur basiert. Jedoch bietet er im Vergleich zu den Ultra CPUs nur 1MB shared Level 2 Cache. In dem Prozessor integriert ist ein DDR2 Speicherkontroller (400 MHz).

Die Performance des M520 befindet sich meistens nur auf Höhe eines 2 Ghz Celeron Dual Core T3300 / Pentium T4200 mit Penryn Kern und ebenfalls 1MB Level 2 Cache. Manche Benchmarks zeigen jedoch sogar die Leistungsfähigkeit eines 2.4 GHz Core 2 Duo.

Der Samsung Exynos 9 8890 Octa ist ein System on a Chip (SoC) für Smartphones und Tablets. Er wurde Anfang 2017 von Samsung vorgestellt und wurde im Samsung Galaxy S8 und S8 Plus erstmals verbaut. Er bietet vier Samsung M1 Kerne und vier Cortex-A53 Stromsparkerne und wird als einer der ersten SoCs in 10nm FinFET bei Samsung gefertigt. Als Grafikkarte wird die ARM Mali-G71 MP20 integriert. Weiters unterstützt der SoC Cat.16 5CA 1 Gbps (DL) bzw. Cat.13 2CA 150 MBps (UL) LTE Modem. Die integrierte Videoengine unterstützt 4K UHD 120 fps H.265/H.264 und VP9 Aufnahme und Abspielen mit Hardwareunterstützung.
