Die GeForce GTX 480 ist eine High-End Desktop-Grafikkarte der Fermi Generation. Sie basiert auf den GF100 Chip welcher in 40 nm bei TSMC hergestellt wird. Von den 512 CUDA Cores des Chips sind bei der GTX480 genau 480 verfügbar. Das mobile Pendant der GTX 480, ist die GeForce GTX 480M, welche jedoch nur 352 Shader bei geringerem Takt aufweist und dadurch deutlich langsamer ist.
