Unternehmen, die nach flexiblen Tablet-PCs für den Einsatz unter extremen Bedingungen suchen, haben jetzt eine neue Option: den Darveen RTC-I116. Dieser Tablet-PC, der nach Wunsch mit Intel Core i5- und i7-Prozessoren der 12. Generation ausgestattet werden kann, bietet auch in puncto Software Flexibilität. Kunden entscheiden sich häufig für Windows 10 oder Windows 11, jedoch ist auch eine Linux-Option verfügbar. Der 11,6-Zoll-Touchscreen dieses nach MIL-STD-810H- und IP66-zertifizierten Geräts ist durch eine Schicht Corning Gorilla Glass mit einer Härte von 7H geschützt. Er bietet eine maximale Helligkeit von 1.000 nits und ein Kontrastverhältnis von 1.000:1. Normalerweise verfügt der Arbeitsspeicher über 16 GB RAM und 256 GB Speicherplatz, aber es ist möglich, ihn auf 32 GB RAM und 1 TB Speicher zu erweitern. Die Kameras sind eher bescheiden: 5 MP an der Vorderseite (mit optionaler Windows Hello-Unterstützung) und 12 MP an der Rückseite. Zu den Konnektivitätsoptionen gehören RJ45-Ethernet, serielle RS232/422/485-Anschlüsse, Bluetooth 5.3 sowie optionale RFID-, NFC- und Barcode-Leser.
Diese Schiefertafel wiegt nicht weniger als 1,55 kg und misst 315 x 203 x 20 mm (12,40 x 7,99 x 0,79 Zoll).
