Der MediaTek MTK 8113L ist ein sehr einfaches SoC für E-Ink-Tablets und E-Reader. Er arbeitet sehr stromsparend, unterstützt aber weder Mobilfunk noch Kamerafunktionen.

Das SoC besitzt einen  ARM-Cortex-A53-Kern mit bis zu 1 GHz Takt.

Als Arbeitsspeicher wird LPDDR4 unterstützt. WiFi 5 und Bluetooth 5.0 sind ebenfalls an Bord. 

Das SoC wird im 12-nm-Verfahren gefertigt.
