Intel Celeron 6305 ► remove from comparison Der Intel Celeron 6305 (oder 6305U) ist ein sparsamer Dual-Core-SoC für Notebooks und Ultrabooks, der auf der Tiger-Lake-Architektur basiert und im Q3 2020 auf den Markt kommt. Tiger Lake wird im verbesserten 10nm+-Verfahren bei Intel gefertigt und nutzt die neuen Willow Cove CPU-Kerne mit einer neuen Architektur. Der Celeron nutzt nur 2 Kerne ohne Hyperthreading und ohne Turbo Boost. Die Taktraten sind 100 MHz unter dem alten Comet Lake-U Celeron 5205U (1,9 GHz, kein Turbo), dank der Architekturverbesserungen der CPU sollte der 6305 aber schneller sein.
Eine weitere Neuerung ist die integrierte Intel Xe G1 Grafikkarte (Gen 12) welche eine deutlich höhere Leistung wie die alte UHD Graphics G1 in Ice Lake bieten soll.
Wie bisher wird auch weiterhin WLAN (Wifi 6) und Thunderbolt 4 / USB 4 im Chip teilintegriert für schnellere, günstige und platzsparende Implementierungen in Notebooks.
Intel Core i7-1195G7 ► remove from comparison Der Intel Core i7-1195G7 ist ein sparsamer Quad-Core-SoC für Notebooks und Ultrabooks, der auf der Tiger-Lake-Architektur basiert Mitte 2021 als Refresh vorgestellt wurde. Tiger Lake wird im verbesserten 10nm+-Verfahren (SuperFin genannt) bei Intel gefertigt und nutzt die neuen Willow Cove CPU-Kerne mit einer neuen Mikroarchitektur. Der Basistakt liegt zwischen 1,3 GHz (12 Watt TDP) bis 3,9 GHz (28 Watt TDP). Der Turbo kann bis zu 5 GHz erreichen (einzelner Kern mit Turbo Boost 3.0). Alle Kerne können maximal 4,6 GHz erreichen. Zum Zeitpunkt der Vorstellung ist der i7-1195G7 das schnellste Tiger-Lake-Modell.
Die integrierte Intel Iris Xe G7 Grafikkarte (Gen 12) bietet alle 96 EUs bei einem Takt von 400 - 1400 MHz.
Wie bisher wird auch weiterhin WLAN (Wifi 6E) und Thunderbolt 4 / USB 4 und 4 Lanes PCIe 4 im Chip (teil-)integriert für schnellere, günstige und platzsparende Implementierungen in Notebooks.
Der TDP kann bei den UP3 CPUs von 12 - 28 Watt gewählt werden (mit unterschiedlichem Basistakt) und dadurch eignet sich die CPU auch für dünne und leichte Notebooks.
