Der Rockchip RK3566 ist ein 2020 vorgestelltes ARM-SoC (System-on-a-Chip) der Einsteigerklasse, welches vorrangig in AIot-Geräten und E-Ink-Tablets eingesetzt wird, beispielsweise im Lenovo Paper Smart. Der Chip wird im 22-nm-Verfahren gefertigt und verfügt über vier Cortex-A55-Kerne. Die Grafikeinheit ist eine ARM Mali-G52 MP2. Weiterhin integriert ist unter anderem ein Videodecoder mit H.264 und H.265-Unterstützung.

Neben CPU und Grafikchip integriert der Chip auch einen LPDDR3/LPDDR4x-Speichercontroller, aber kein Mobilfunkmodem. Das SoC beinhaltet ein Modem für Wi-Fi 5 (a/b/g/n/ac). Weiters ist eine AI-Unit mit 1 TOPS verbaut.
